Getting started with it was simple and the system is easy to learn. Its user-friendly design makes a big difference when we're training end users on how the structure and functionality work.

Some areas of the search module can be a little confusing at the beginning especially the date range fields. It would also be much more convenient to paste in lists of item numbers when running reports instead of entering them one at a time.

Back in 1995, we began using Versatile and as our Records and Information Management Program expanded over the years, Zasio Enterprises continued to offer software that scaled right along with us. We've relied on Versatile Enterprise together with the Versatile Imaging Module for a long time now. It gives us the ability to handle our records and information from start to finish across every format, following the full information lifecycle. We use it to manage active records, inactive records, retention schedules, images and more. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about it, the technical support and the company as a whole. They have been outstanding to work with.

the platform stood out for its awesome features and how simple it is to use. The full range of connected functions gives organizations the strongest possible way to control and manage institutional records while staying fully compliant with legal requirements.

Even after going to industry conferences and evaluating other products, I never came across anything that matched it's standards. From where I stood, we already had the best option available. No matter how much I searched, tested and compared, I couldn't find anything about the software that I disliked.

There's a lot of built-in flexibility as well which makes it possible for agencies to adjust it to their specific needs, whether that's through user-defined fields, different organization structure options or customizable security profiles. The web tool is very solid and the mobile records-on-the-go app adds a lot of convenience to the overall solution.

There have been a few instances where the system crashed although the desktop support team was very helpful and able to work through the issue with us.
