“Automatic ID generation and smooth enrollment

Pros

What I find most useful is how it automatically generates ID numbers for all the participants I'm working with. The documentation features are really great and enrolling new clients is easy to navigate. Their support team is excellent, they can guide you exactly where you need to go to get your questions answered. I use this almost daily for data input and collecting client information. The integration process is smooth and there are plenty of implementations that I genuinely enjoy using.

Cons

What I like least about this platform is how limited the reporting and demographic tools are. It can be pretty difficult to navigate if you'r not familiar with database entries.
