“Can customize forms

Pros

Its amazing how simple it is for my customers to use the form for e-signing and I also have the flexibility to customize the form the way I need. I receive an email right away as soon as they sign and now it even includes 100 e-signatures per month!

Cons

I've been using it since March 2022 and honestly I still haven't run into any downsides. On top of that, you can update or change details anytime!

One useful thing about it is that the forms can be completed online which is convenient.

Cons

At the same time, it really needs more control over waiver layout, including font sizes, date and time formatting and selectable options. It would also be important to let customers upload supporting documents like driver's licenses or other JPEG and PNG files. Right now, anyone can type in a "driver's license number," and there is no way to confirm whether it is valid, compare signatures or view a photo of the person. Those details are essential for these forms and directly affect our liability.

“Cooperative staff

Pros

It is so easy to use which mattered a lot since I'm not very technical. I was also really pleased with the customer support during the first week or two, they were very helpful and made the whole process even better.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints. A few people, me included, ended up submitting the same waiver twice. In my case, it happened while I was still learning how to use WaiverSign and for others it may have been some kind of glitch. It would be nice to have an option to remove duplicate waivers from the system but it's not a big issue.

Honestly, I haven't run into any real downsides with this product. It suits our business really well and we've been very happy with it.

Pros

This tool has been incredibly helpful for collecting and storing our clients' information, along with keeping signed waivers on file for guests receiving chemical services. The platform feels very powerful and well designed when it comes to creating, editing and viewing forms. It has also been really nice to reduce our paper use so much, both for cost savings and for the environmental benefit. Overall, I'm very happy with the product.

Cons

Not much to mention here. If anything, I just wish software like this were marketed more directly to salons and other businesses in the beauty industry. A lot of people don't realize how much software salons use, especially larger ones or how much demand there really is for a tool like this.

“Reasonable pricing

Pros

Working with this company has been a really positive experience. They made the setup process very simple and guided me the whole way through it. It has made signing waivers much more convenient for my clients and I also appreciate having the option to send them back to my website once they finish. The service has been excellent and the pricing is very competitive too.

Cons

The only thing I would change is having an option for a per-signature pricing model instead of only a monthly fee.

I needed to have waivers live within a day or two and their customer support responded incredibly fast. They helped me get everything set up quickly and delivered exactly what I needed without any hassle.

“simple to download and share a PDF

Pros

After getting everything configured, the platform is very simple to use. I can send one link to a customized consent form that my research participants need to complete. It's also simple to download a PDF of each submitted form and share it with my client for compliance requirements.

Cons

Setting up my text-only form required help from a customer support representative. Once the free trial ended, I also couldn't find where to sign up for the paid plan and the description didn't make it clear whether I could cancel the subscription whenever I wanted. Even so, support responded quickly by email and sent me the link I needed pretty fast.
