Putting reports together is fairly simple although there are some limitations.

“powerful audit tools
Pros
Among the standout features are the audit tools which verify data against TM Registers, the bulk import option that lets us bring cases in directly from TM Registers, the dashboard that works well as a organized reminder system and the client access portal.
Cons
It would be even better if the modules were connected more closely so you would not have to open the Disputes module separately just to locate a dispute and could instead search for it from the same place used to search TMs. It would also help if reports were easier to customize, with more of a drag-and-drop approach instead of fairly abstract menus and if the Word export formatting for reports were improved.

“Quick USPTO record downloads
Pros
Being able to quickly download records directly from the USPTO is really convenient and saves time.
Cons
Any small difference in the owner name or address ends up creating a separate record which can be frustrating.

Working in it feels very natural for trademark professionals. It's simple to move through the system and get to the information and data that need to be reviewed or updated. The reporting tools are practical and generate quickly which is helpful both for sending materials to clients and for internal team use. I also appreciate that the Law Rules are clearly visible, making it simple to confirm that dates are being calculated properly and are aligned with current laws.
Cons
A few of the action schedules could be improved by adding more commonly used US deadlines within the TM and Dispute records. I'd also prefer to have more flexibility to customize the locations of record query fields. Cross-module reporting could use further development as well, especially when pulling data from multiple modules. That said, it does seem like they are already working on enhancements to search, query functions and reporting.

Pros
It stands out to me for its strong functionality and the way it keeps everything very user-friendly. After working with other docketing systems, this one has been the simplest to use by a wide margin. I can rely on the standard reports that come built in and when a client needs something more specific, I'm also able to build customized reports that match their exact requirements and preferences.
Cons
I'd still like to see an option in the Other Party Marks module to docket follow-up actions, such as checking the status of a third-party mark.

Pros
The interface is well-organized and it's simple to add features so the system fits our specific needs. Running reports with different criteria is quick and flexible which has been really helpful. The platform has been consistently reliable and never seems to go down. On top of that, the customer support team has been outstanding.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any downsides. Everything has worked well for us and I don't have anything negative to point out.
