Once you understand how everything connects, the system is very simple to use and the team's support has been brilliant.

Cons

It would be helpful to have role-based permission settings, with the option to adjust one or two permissions for specific users when needed.

There's a wide range of modules available and they're simple to work with. The mobile plant and vehicle pre-start N-Taps have been especially useful. It feels like a next-level product and has genuinely helped us cut operational costs.

Moving large volumes of data into the system can be a challenge. Looking back, if I'd known in advance, I would have included much more during the initial setup instead of having to enter everything one by one later.

Using QR codes makes incident reporting really convenient for workers when they're out on site.

The biggest frustration is that some sections don't connect properly. For example, archiving a worker doesn't remove their training or licence records so that has to be done manually which takes extra time.

Across our team, the WHS Monitor asset register has become an essential part of daily pre-starts through the asset QTAP system. It has made tier-one compliance for bringing equipment onto site much simpler by keeping all our asset data in one place, including daily pre-start records, asset information and maintenance schedules.

There really isn't anything specific to call out as a downside. If anything, it is currently underused on our side and we're planning to roll out more of its features across the business soon.

Right from the home page, the layout feels clear organized and very user friendly which makes the system pleasant to use.

training modules can be improved, as they do not provide enough detail on how to modify the system and customize it more effectively to match an organisation's specific requirements.

Customer service stands out. The team responds right away and they do more than just answer questions. They really make an effort to help you understand everything the system can do and how to get the most out of it.

At this point, I don't have any complaints. We're currently moving from using just a single module to an enterprise agreement across the entire company so I may have a better sense of any drawbacks after a few more months.
