“Useful document drafting automation
Pros
Being able to automate my document drafting, connect it with MyCase and then use those automations right inside MyCase has been a huge advantage.
Cons
Sometimes, it tries to have me save over templates when they seem too similar. Also, the basic plan only includes 10 template save slots.

“Misleading sales presentation
Pros
The sales presentation was convincing and we bought into it without realizing the product was still in beta testing.
Cons
At no point were we told the software was still in beta and whenever updates were released, our documents would crash and need to be redone. Getting a fix also takes weeks which makes the whole experience very frustrating.

“Smooth Word integration
Pros
Having it built right into Word is a big plus and one of the things I appreciate most about using it.
Cons
Proper training on template management is really important since new users can easily get confused, overwrite templates or miss saving their changes.

“No more mistakes in documents
Pros
Mistakes in our documents are no longer an issue. Thanks to the automated logic and custom modules, anyone in our office can put together flawless motions and contracts. We only wish we had discovered this years earlier.
Cons
Right now, I genuinely love all of the features and can't point to any option I like the least.

“does the job well!
Pros
Its fairly simple and using it feels user-friendly. It handles the job well and works as expected, even if it doesn't feel especially unique or game-changing.
Cons
There isn't really anything specific about it that I dislike.

“Exceptional service
Pros
Even though the software itself isn't overly complicated, as a solo practitioner I never made time to build out my own questionnaires for filling templates and honestly that kind of setup work is my least favorite. That's why it has been such a big deal that their team fully helps with the process, using meaningful questions to create the most effective, personalized documents for my practice. It has made a huge difference and cut my document generation time in half. The level of service and attention to detail has been phenomenal.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't run into anything that I've been unhappy with.

“appreciate tha ability to build questionnaires
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to build questionnaires that I can send to clients so they can complete them on their own and generate the documents they need. Once everything is done, the documents are automatically sent to both me and the client for review which makes the whole process very efficient.
Cons
It does take a little time to get used to how documents are organized between your computer and Woodpecker's cloud storage system since that setup is not immediately obvious at first.
