Inbox Rotation
This feature allows you to send campaigns from multiple email accounts within one campaign to improve deliverability and reduce sending limits. You can add up to 100 mailboxes per campaign. The system distributes prospects based on each mailbox’s limits and configuration, and auto-updates the sender signature accordingly.
Free Email Validation
The feature integrates the Bouncer email-verification tool directly into the platform and runs a check each time you send a campaign. Email addresses that cannot be validated are marked “Invalid” and can be filtered or exported from your campaign stats.
Domain Check-Up
This feature assesses your sending domain’s configuration by verifying SPF/DKIM records and checking domain age to determine if your campaigns can safely send from that domain. It helps maintain a healthy sender reputation and prevents deliverability issues before launch.
Warm-Up Powered by Mailivery

“Useful document drafting automation
Pros
Being able to automate my document drafting, connect it with MyCase and then use those automations right inside MyCase has been a huge advantage.
Cons
Sometimes, it tries to have me save over templates when they seem too similar. Also, the basic plan only includes 10 template save slots.

“Misleading sales presentation
Pros
The sales presentation was convincing and we bought into it without realizing the product was still in beta testing.
Cons
At no point were we told the software was still in beta and whenever updates were released, our documents would crash and need to be redone. Getting a fix also takes weeks which makes the whole experience very frustrating.
