“secure platform for communication”
Pros
Keeping daily team communication and collaboration inside it has been really helpful because everything stays organized in one place. It cuts down on scattered messages and missing files so working together feels faster and much more efficient. The platform is simple to use and secure which makes communication feel hassle-free. It saves us time, reduces confusion and makes documents and conversations easy to locate. We can also communicate with more confidence knowing our data is protected. Getting started was quick and simple so the setup did not take much effort. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 for being dependable and secure.
Cons
At times, the platform can feel a little slow and adding more integrations with other tools would make it even better.

“All-in-one product!”
Pros
Having everything in one place is the biggest advantage. It combines secure messaging, video meetings, file sharing and workflows in a single platform which makes collaboration feel much more connected and efficient. The interface is clean, simple to move through and I really appreciate that everything updates in real time on both desktop and mobile. It's particularly useful for keeping both internal and external communication organized without constantly jumping between different apps.
Cons
Certain features, especially advanced file management and third-party integrations, can feel a bit limited compared with more established collaboration tools. For instance, deeper connections with some CRM or project management platforms are not always there so it can take extra manual work to keep systems aligned. On top of that, the mobile version feels less refined for some users than the desktop experience, particularly when uploading large files or moving through more complicated message threads.

“Easy to create team groups”
Pros
It takes a few clicks to create team groups which makes it really convenient to keep communication focused within the right teams. Messages, contacts and files are all neatly arranged in separate sections on the dashboard so everything stays well organized. It's very accessible and didn't take long at all to get used to.
Cons
The Workstorm bot hasn't been all that helpful for me. It could definitely be improved, especially when it comes to helping locate files faster.

“Smooth file sharing”
Pros
Video conferencing runs really well and the chat features are arranged in a way that feels clear and practical. Viewing, downloading and sharing files is fast and smooth. I also appreciate the dedicated area for external DMs since it keeps internal team conversations and outside messages properly separated.
Cons
At this point, the number of available integrations is still fairly limited.

“Polished UI :)”
Pros
The UI/UX feels really polished and scheduling meetings, joining video conference calls and transferring files all work smoothly. There's also a useful option to invite external members which makes it especially practical for arranging interviews with outside candidates.
Cons
The trial version is fairly limited in terms of features so upgrading to the pro plan is necessary if you want access to the full range of benefits.

“office 360 integration saves time”
Pros
Having Office 360 email and calendar built in is the biggest advantage for me because it cuts down a lot of time and makes the platform very simple to use. Screen sharing, video meetings, messaging and document sharing are also standout features and make this tool really useful overall.
Cons
there's no trial version available so you have to purchase a subscription before using the tools. There are two plans, $12.50 and $25 and they feel a bit expensive compared with other similar tools.

“Improves productivity!”
Pros
Working together became much more efficient because we can share our screens in real time, split up tasks and improve overall productivity. On top of that, our data and projects stay protected which is something we really value and gives us a lot of confidence in using the platform.
Cons
A few features take longer than expected to open which can slow down navigation in the app and delay certain tasks. Because of that, it's sometimes harder to make full use of everything the platform offers. Aside from this, I really don't have any other negative feedback.
