“There is so much to like
Pros
I love how organized it is, navigating through a case is very easy with the various folders, and I can create my own subfolders easily. It's also very simple to start a new matter.
Cons
I wish I could drag and drop documents directly into tasks and files instead of having to upload them manually. It can also run pretty slow at times, but that might be due to the firm's network setup.

“Improvements should be made
Pros
I'm able to easily set and monitor important, time-sensitive deadlines using this system. The way it handles deadlines makes it simple for me to stay on top of crucial tasks without missing any key dates.
Cons
We had a pretty bad experience with the NetDocuments integration, which was somewhat resolved but still leaves room for improvement.

“Team is always open to feedback
Pros
The ZenCase team is very open to feedback and responds quickly to any questions. Because of this, the system is easy to use and is continually improving.
Cons
There are some minor bugs here and there, like bulk actions occasionally failing, requiring me to reselect items, or some preferences not being saved, so I have to input them manually each time.

“Not much to say
Pros
I find the process of entering my time entries to be quite simple and hassle-free. The system is designed in such a way that I can easily log my hours without having to navigate through complicated menus or unnecessary steps.
Cons
The software would be very useful if it were integrated with Outlook.

“Never faced any issues
Pros
I admire how quick and responsive the product is. The time tracking features are top-notch, and I don't encounter many technical issues.
Cons
I don't use the screen-in-screen document management feature with NetDocs that often. Usually, I just open each in their own separate tab.

“Uploading documents takes a lot of time
Pros
What I primarily appreciate about this software is the billing component, as it stands out to me the most.
Cons
Uploading and renaming documents is a hassle, and it logs out of NetDocs quite frequently. It would be helpful if subfolders were automatically created when opening a new case, and the time it takes to upload documents is too long.
