What I appreciate most about this platform is its compliance capabilities and the fact that there's no upfront setup cost. Getting a free trial to test everything out is really helpful too. The flexibility of having both on premise and cloud archiving options while maintaining strong security and compliance standards is impressive. While competitors like Amazon S3 Glacier and Azure Online Archiving offer similar functionality, this solution really stands out for protecting organizations from compliance violations and securely archiving emails, SMS and other digital communications.

Cons

For me the pricing feels steep compared to competitors like AWS Glacier and Azure Archiving solutions. Data migration can be a real pain sometimes and support doesn't help much with these issues. Everything else works well though.
