Pros
Onboarding was smooth and the team's support was excellent. Attending various events organized by 360Learning both online and offline proved highly beneficial. While the platform takes a bit of time to get used to the well-crafted e-learning content and the supportive learning community have been invaluable in the initial months.
Cons
The globalization option supporting multiple languages was at times tricky and time-consuming. However improvements are expected. Library management and search features are tricky but the product is responsive to feedback received in recent months.

Pros
Using this has been really easy especially when it comes to building our own content. I also appreciate how well it connects with third-party content and our HRIS which makes it much more useful for our team.
Cons
The reporting side could definitely be stronger. That said I've still been able to pull together what I need by using a few workarounds.

“fantastic support and useful learning tools”
Pros
Team was excellent from beginning to end. I've taken part in several of their events, both virtual and in person and they've been genuinely helpful every time. The platform does take a little time to learn but the e-learning materials are very well designed and the user community has been especially valuable during the first few months.
Cons
The multilingual setup especially when trying to use the platform in multiple languages, has been a bit complicated and time-consuming for us at times, though it seems likely to improve soon. Library management and the search function have also been somewhat difficult to handle. That said the team is very open to feedback and clearly paying attention to everything we've shared over the past few months.

“flexible onboarding and publishing”
Pros
To start with them went really well. They recognized that not every company needs a long, hands-on onboarding process but they were still quick to answer questions or jump on a call whenever needed. Publishing and organizing content is easy and they're also receptive to feedback and willing to listen to feature requests.
Cons
A few features are locked behind certain pricing tiers which can be limiting. There's also some difficulty when it comes to grading users efficiently.

“powerful lms with useful tracking”
Pros
This LMS has been really effective for us. We're able to build our own content, share outside resources and keep track of learners through the dashboard.
Cons
One limitation is that the platform's architecture isn't really built to host external content like Udemy. Because of that some features don't feel as developed as they could be, such as the search bar.
