Excellent e-learning plateform solution for small medium and large businesses.

Pros

The front and back offices prove exceptionally user-friendly making it the best solution I've tested. It's a simple clear efficient and robust LMS platform. The proactive Customer Support is committed to finding solutions and open to considering enhancements. Ease of use is paramount; our trainees can forget the tool and focus on learning. They can track progress and interact during the course. The platform allows us to mix videos written texts exercises and "face-to-face" sessions for a professional learning journey. Impressive features and functionalities enable easy course organization exercise creation video uploads and content embedding. Modules with free-form answers and personalized certificates are appreciated. Exhaustive stats support our trainees when needed. These positive comments are genuine as I'm truly impressed by this software and the 360Learning team deserves commendation.

Cons

When venturing into online course delivery small businesses must consider the cost. I propose a budget-friendly starting price for up to 50 users. Nonetheless I acknowledge that quality comes at a price and this essential investment is warranted for our customers.

powerful LMS with standout support

Pros

Right from the start, both the front office and back office felt incredibly user-friendly, honestly the best LMS solution I've tested. The platform is clear, efficient, reliable and powerful and the Customer Support team is proactive, helpful and genuinely willing to find solutions while staying open to possible improvements. Ease of use really makes the difference here. Our trainees almost forget about the tool itself which lets them focus on what really matters, learning. They can track their progress and interact with other trainees or their trainers at any time during the course. The range of features also lets us combine videos, written content, educational exercises and face-to-face sessions so we can deliver a truly professional learning journey to our customers. The functionalities are impressive across the board. Our trainers especially appreciate how easily they can organize courses, build exercises, upload videos directly and embed all kinds of digital content. As for the modules, we particularly value the free-form answer option and the personalized certificates. The statistics are very comprehensive as well which helps us support trainees exactly when they need it most. Reading this, it might sound like I was paid to write such positive feedback but not at all. I'm sincerely impressed by this software and the team behind it really deserves the praise.

Cons

For smaller businesses that are just beginning to offer online courses, pricing is naturally something to think about. A more startup-friendly entry price for up to 50 users would be a welcome option. That said quality comes at a cost and our customers deserve that kind of important investment.
