The personalized, high-quality support from Claire is the best and the wide range of options for creating training courses is excellent and very user-friendly.
Cons
For me, tracking statistics through the tool is not always very user friendly. It is also a shame that automated user import/export features are not included in the standard contract.

Pros
Well the help I got from Claire was amazing. She gave me clear, helpful advice for managing my platform which really improved how I use it. Her knowledge and willingness to help made a significant impact.
Cons
The tool itself felt a bit inflexible to me. Plus some limitations make it hard to customize everything to our specific requirements.

Pros
Their customized support is truly outstanding. From the very start of the project all the way to the final launch, the team has clearly and precisely answered every single one of my questions.
Cons
Honestly there is almost nothing to complain about. Every interaction I have had has gone very smoothly. If I had to pick something, I would say the platform can feel a bit complex because there are so many features and it is sometimes hard to find exactly what you need right away. But of course having all those features is also a great thing.

Its very user friendly and easy to get the hang of. The available resources like the training space and FAQ, make things much simpler and let us move forward without always having to email support.
Cons
Some useful settings are either part of a paid add-on or cannot be changed but this only affects minor aspects of the software.

Pros
The flexibility like the freedom to build and modify learning paths and the easy to use reporting are all fantastic. The online support and the consistent follow-up from our account managers are also excellent.
Cons
Honestly I have very little to share. The only minor note might be the per-license billing model but there is nothing about the actual platform itself that I would change as it works great.

360Learning support team, the variety of content, the platform's availability in multiple languages, the development of AI tools and the interaction between learners and coaches are all top-notch. Overall I would say it is a great tool.
Cons
I feel like the platform's layout and navigation could be improved especially when you are trying to manage multiple learning paths and different customer groups at the same time.

The customization options, the quick and easy training module creation and the ability to integrate documents from many different sources are all fantastic. We also love the constant feature updates and how the team genuinely listens to our requests for new functions.
Cons
Managing different languages is a bit tricky especially without using their full Globalization solution. Also I feel like the group hierarchy could be more visual on the platform to make it easier to understand and navigate.

360Learning LMS is simple to use for both administrators and content creators. The project setup support was also excellent, with a very attentive Client Success Partner who guided us at every step and suggested valuable improvements.
Cons

The ability to personalize things is a big plus. I also like the playlist style of learning paths, how groups are managed, the process for enrolling learners and the forum feature.
Cons
Some features are not very basic. My advice would be to take inspiration from existing platforms like Netflix or social media to build a more coherent and easier-to-navigate site structure for learners.

Pros
Creating courses is fast with the available integrations and templates and updates are quick too. Plus the collaborative tools like comments and reactions are useful. The reporting and tracking options are also solid and the client service is very responsive. We also have a great relationship with our account manager and customer success partners.
Cons
Learner navigation and ease of use could be better. Also there is limited ability to customize the branding and overall look. We also found that some advanced reporting and automated dashboards for custom statistics are missing or are only available as a paid add-on.

360Learning customer service is particularly outstanding. The support team is responsive, helpful and always available to answer my questions. Every time I have needed help, I have gotten a clear and quick response which has let me move forward with my training projects with confidence.
Cons
Some parts of the interface are not very visible because certain buttons and options are grayed out by default. They only become clear when you hover over them which can be confusing for users. We would also love the ability to add a chatbot to the Q&A section. This would help by automatically answering our learners most frequent questions, saving everyone time.

Pros
The client service we receive when we purchase a full license not just the Team plan is excellent. We also love the sheer simplicity of creating content and the frequent, helpful platform updates.
Cons
It is pretty expensive. On top of that it is not easy to switch to another LMS because it is not SCORM-compliant which locks you in. Also the CRM is not properly filled out by the sales team and they often try to find workarounds when a direct path is closed. In a strange way we could almost take that persistent creativity as a compliment, even if it is frustrating.
