It is easy for me, the API integrations are clearly laid out and I find customer support responds quickly whenever I have a question.

Cons

A lot of features are being developed that my business doesn't really need. I understand product roadmaps are planned in advance but that also makes the platform feel less flexible for what I actually require.

The platform feels fairly natural to me thanks to its simple interface. I also appreciate the guided approach to building training modules because it helps me organize and structure the content in a clear way.

Cons

Certain features still feel a bit limited especially for content creation and for offering a wider variety of learning activities within the platform. We've already shared that feedback as an area that could be improved. The AI tool can assist with generating training modules but I'm not completely sold on it yet. At this stage, I still prefer using tools like ChatGPT or Perplexity when I need inspiration or ideas for learning activities.

Pros

One thing that really works well here for me is the platform's strong e-learning functionality especially when it comes to building and managing courses. I find the built-in AI course generation a big advantage too since it helps me speed up content creation quite a bit. Another feature we really value is being able to mix e-learning with live webinars and in-person sessions which gives us a lot of flexibility in how we deliver training.

Cons

Group-level customization could definitely be more flexible than it is now. The learner statistics and tracking tools also have room for improvement. And while the e-learning modules themselves perform very well, we'd still like to see more choices for content layout and overall course structure.

This tool doesn't take much time for me because the interface is very user-friendly and I see learners pick it up quickly. I also find the application has a well-thought-out and appealing design.

Course editing still feels a bit limited in terms of features. At the moment, you can only insert text or images and it would be much better if animations could also be added directly within the text field.

Using this platform has been a very positive experience for me because it is simple to handle for both module creators and learners. I find building and managing training modules becomes quite simple after just a bit of initial guidance. The platform is also technically very stable and the overall design makes navigation feel natural and comfortable to me. For our company, moving our existing materials into the system went very well and did not waste our time. On top of that, I noticed most of our learners started using it right away without needing tutorials which really shows how user-friendly the interface is. We also received great support from the team during the initial setup phase.

Cons

The only minor criticism we have is related to the proportion of the different sections on the screen. For example, the training area feels too small compared with the comments column which we see as less important than the actual training content and at the moment there is still no option to adjust the width of that column.

Pros

The platform really stands out to me for how much freedom it gives us in designing training modules. I find adding videos works well, the AI support is useful and linking documents to QM instructions is very practical. Group creation and custom roles make it much simpler for me to assign the right required training to the right people. Another big advantage is the fast translation into many foreign languages, we currently use 21 and I've seen very positive feedback from users. On top of that, the support team deserves special mention and I also appreciate the continuous improvements and the early communication about new product features.

Cons

There are no real downsides for us. Of course, there are always small things you could optimize but they are taken seriously as suggestions for improvement. Whether they get implemented seems to depend on priorities and on whether other users are asking for the same adjustment as well.

Setting it up is easy for me and I find each subgroup can be managed independently which is really convenient.

A downside is that you can't run SQL queries directly in the solution and the format support is lacking.

Being able to create content directly within the same tool is a real plus for me. I also appreciate how simple it is to edit the homepage without being boxed into a preset template which makes it easy for me to add elements freely and build something more creative and personalized.

One drawback I'd point out is the search function. Whether I'm looking for a training course or other content, if I go back, I have to start the whole search over again. The information and filters I had already entered disappear which wastes time and makes the experience less convenient.

Getting teams comfortable with the tool happens pretty quickly in my experience which is a real plus. I can also see the product moving forward with some very interesting features especially around adaptive learning and I'm really looking forward to seeing how that develops.

The support team can take a while to reply when questions come up. I've also noticed that during busy periods, the platform can get a bit buggy, at least from what I've seen within my company.

With the valuable support from team, I found getting started with the software felt gradual and well guided. It helped us build a completely new approach to quality training by giving our teams access to many modules and quizzes in a fun, gamified environment. I've seen team engagement clearly increase thanks to this interactive and motivating format.

A few advanced features take a little time to fully master but the support provided helps overcome that quickly.

Right from implementation, I found the onboarding process, Academy materials and customer support were standout strengths. Our Client Success Partner was incredibly proactive and made sure we had everything in place at every stage. From a learning design standpoint, I think the platform really shines when it comes to collaborative learning and knowledge sharing. The course authoring tools feel simple to me so both instructional designers and subject-matter experts can build content without much friction. Course and path management are also well designed which helps us a lot when creating scalable learning programs for different audiences and multiple languages. Another big plus for me is the product roadmap especially since we are not a software development company. It is reassuring to see the platform evolving consistently, with regular updates and improvements that clearly reflect actual user needs.

Cons

Earlier versions of the homepage did not offer many customization options so tailoring the user experience was somewhat limited. That said this area has improved a lot with newer layout choices, added features and custom fields that make personalizing the learning environment much more effective.

Training sessions are very interactive and easy for me to follow and I find the short quizzes at the end of each one do a good job of helping the key information stay in mind.

Cons

Quizzes are usually quite basic and don't really make up for hands-on practice for someone new. Because of that, it works better as a complementary tool, mainly for building theoretical knowledge.

Platform feels very simple to me and the design is really appealing. I find the custom fields especially valuable because they let us profile our learners and deliver the right content to the right person. The workshops with our CSP Valentin especially the ROI-focused ones, have also been very helpful for me.

There's no module versioning by language, no history for follow-up reminders and the challenge mode on the mobile version is missing. I'd also like to see a wider variety of activity templates.

It gives me great statistics and clear tracking for completed training paths which is really useful. I also find creating content very convenient especially since I can rely on an unlimited community of creators for support and inspiration.

Managing user accounts and groups is quite complicated especially now that groups are barely used. It's also frustrating that there's no way to merge content from two user accounts.

It feels simple to me so it's quick to get comfortable using it every day. I find the regular updates a real plus especially the AI activity generation feature which saves me valuable time. The personalized support from my CSP has also been very helpful, with practical advice and best practices that genuinely make a difference for me.

Access to some external tools can occasionally be limited especially during conferences or Academy classes when the tool being used isn't accessible from my work computer.

The pricing can feel a bit expensive for very small teams. It's also not the strongest option for organizations that mainly want pre-built content instead of creating and sharing their own. Some of the more advanced customization features take a while to fully understand and use effectively.
