One thing that really works well here for me is the platform's strong e-learning functionality especially when it comes to building and managing courses. I find the built-in AI course generation a big advantage too since it helps me speed up content creation quite a bit. Another feature we really value is being able to mix e-learning with live webinars and in-person sessions which gives us a lot of flexibility in how we deliver training.
Cons
Group-level customization could definitely be more flexible than it is now. The learner statistics and tracking tools also have room for improvement. And while the e-learning modules themselves perform very well, we'd still like to see more choices for content layout and overall course structure.

Using this platform has been a very positive experience for me because it is simple to handle for both module creators and learners. I find building and managing training modules becomes quite simple after just a bit of initial guidance. The platform is also technically very stable and the overall design makes navigation feel natural and comfortable to me. For our company, moving our existing materials into the system went very well and did not waste our time. On top of that, I noticed most of our learners started using it right away without needing tutorials which really shows how user-friendly the interface is. We also received great support from the team during the initial setup phase.
Cons
The only minor criticism we have is related to the proportion of the different sections on the screen. For example, the training area feels too small compared with the comments column which we see as less important than the actual training content and at the moment there is still no option to adjust the width of that column.

The platform really stands out to me for how much freedom it gives us in designing training modules. I find adding videos works well, the AI support is useful and linking documents to QM instructions is very practical. Group creation and custom roles make it much simpler for me to assign the right required training to the right people. Another big advantage is the fast translation into many foreign languages, we currently use 21 and I've seen very positive feedback from users. On top of that, the support team deserves special mention and I also appreciate the continuous improvements and the early communication about new product features.
Cons
There are no real downsides for us. Of course, there are always small things you could optimize but they are taken seriously as suggestions for improvement. Whether they get implemented seems to depend on priorities and on whether other users are asking for the same adjustment as well.

Right from implementation, I found the onboarding process, Academy materials and customer support were standout strengths. Our Client Success Partner was incredibly proactive and made sure we had everything in place at every stage. The course authoring tools feel simple to me so both instructional designers and subject-matter experts can build content without much friction. Course and path management are also well designed which helps us a lot when creating scalable learning programs for different audiences and multiple languages. Another big plus for me is the product roadmap especially since we are not a software development company. It is reassuring to see the platform evolving consistently, with regular updates and improvements that clearly reflect actual user needs.
Cons
Earlier versions of the homepage did not offer many customization options so tailoring the user experience was somewhat limited. That said this area has improved a lot with newer layout choices, added features and custom fields that make personalizing the learning environment much more effective.

This platform lets us offer our employees a wide range of training courses on many different topics, available whenever they want so they can learn in their free time and build skills related to their roles as well as more personal subjects like emotional management. From the learner side, I find the tool easy to use, they can find their assigned training in just a few seconds and I see them being guided well during their first use. The integration and implementation process is also simple for us and everything can be done completely independently. As for customer support, we're fortunate to have a CSP who is available as soon as I have a question or run into an issue and who regularly checks in with us about our projects. I also rely on her as our best advisor when it comes to the platform especially around engagement, features and data analysis.
Cons
Even though improvements have been made recently, it's still a shame that the platform and especially the groups, can't be customized more. For example, we have two different brands on the platform but it's not possible for us to use two different color schemes. It's also unfortunate that there isn't an alert feature to notify us when a module stops working because some learners end up blocked in their learning paths and don't think to contact us.

“reliable LMS for long-term training
Pros
After nearly 10 years of using this LMS, it has genuinely improved how we handle and deliver training. The system is dependable and simple to use for both learners and admins. Adding content, monitoring progress and pulling reports are all pretty clear and manageable which has helped us save a lot of time and effort. Our team also values how accessible the platform is since people can learn whenever and wherever they need to. All in all, this LMS has made our training workflow more efficient, organized and enjoyable.
Cons
One limitation is that once content has been created, exporting it is not very simple. Early on, when we were on the basic subscription, we also had to deal with extra admin work because user registrations needed to be handled manually every month.

Claire provides personalized, high-quality support and the platform offers plenty of options for building training courses.
Cons
Tracking statistics through the tool is not always very simple for me and it's also a shame that automation for incoming and outgoing flows is not included in the contract.

The team support has been excellent and the variety of content really adds value. I also appreciate that the platform is available in several languages which makes it much more accessible. The ongoing AI development is a nice plus and the interaction between learners and coaches helps create a more engaging learning experience.
Cons
The platform ergonomics could still be improved especially when managing multiple learning paths and multiple customer groups at the same time.

Pros
What really works well here is the platform's agility, the autonomy it gives us to build and adjust learning paths ourselves and reporting that's very easy to use and act on. The online support is also very reliable and the follow-up from our account managers has been genuinely helpful.
Cons
Honestly there's very little to complain about. If I had to point to something, it would maybe be the license-based pricing model but I don't have any real issue with the platform itself.

Pros
Working with Claire was a real plus. She gave me clear, useful guidance on managing my platform and that support has helped me get much more out of it. Her expertise and responsiveness genuinely made a noticeable difference.
Cons
Platform itself feels somewhat limited in terms of flexibility. Some of its restrictions can make it harder to tailor everything to specific needs.
