Right from the beginning, the portal already had all the features we needed so there was no need for any customization. Tushar ji has been excellent in understanding our requirements and his explanations and training have been a very good part of the overall experience.
Cons
Since we've only just started working with it, things have been going well so far and I haven't come across any major negatives yet. One area I do feel could be improved is during assessment creation for short-answer questions. If an answer is entered, the auto-checking system should be able to assign marks accordingly. It may seem like a small enhancement but it would still be quite useful and would take the portal a step further.

Abara LMS is versatile and easy to use. Learners get a really positive experience accessing training on any device which makes it convenient wherever they are. It also scales well, whether you are a small SME or a large international corporate with full enterprise needs. Another strong point is being able to track a learner's training journey from day one through to completion.
Cons
Honestly there are no real drawbacks with the system. The team keeps improving the platform, is always open to suggestions and upgrade ideas and continues to enhance it over time. Their development team is very forward-thinking as well.

Using it has not been a problem and the automation features save a lot of time. The customer support is excellent as well. It works especially well for organizations that want one learning portal and it's also a strong fit if you need a platform that can manage learning needs for multiple clients.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is support for checklist-based learning activities, although I understand that feature is already in development and planned for release between July and September 2023.

The Abara team has been incredibly responsive and willing to help us at every step. Whenever we send an email or submit a help ticket, we get an immediate confirmation showing how it will be routed. Issues are usually prioritized and resolved within 24 hours, even with the significant time difference between India and the United States. The platform itself was simple to learn and navigate. We received a full one-day training session that was detailed and hands-on while still being clear and manageable to follow. We were also able to turn off features we were not using, with the flexibility to enable them again later if needed. On top of that it does a very good job of keeping us informed about holidays and maintenance windows well ahead of time, with only minimal disruption. Even during those periods, they have still responded when something urgent came up. Overall, we genuinely feel valued as a customer and our questions are consistently treated as a priority with fast response times.
Cons
We honestly have no complaints at all about the platform's performance, the support team or how quickly they respond.

After trying some of the biggest LMS vendors, I needed a platform that could handle training more than 1,000 clients at eNyota Learning without driving up costs or becoming difficult to run. We went through a careful evaluation process before choosing this tool and it turned out to be a really good fit. Other providers were charging extra for almost everything, even when similar features were available elsewhere for less. With it, the platform is simple to manage, easy to operate and very inexpensive.
Cons
I'd still like to see stronger social learning capabilities added to the LMS, along with a few more learning objects.
