“Smooth for partners, tricky user setup
Pros
It has been very user-friendly and delivers a fantastic experience for our partners. Because of its branding options, we could easily tailor both internal and external instances without issue. Customers have shared wonderful feedback, they say it's simple to access online training and finish certification exams. As an admin, overseeing everything from creating users to managing enrollments and pulling reports is easy thanks to the many built-in features. The support and advice from our CSM and Account Management team have been excellent. We've used this since 2020 and couldn't be happier with our experience.
Cons
I'd really like more question types for standalone assessments and the user account creation flow could be alignd with better workflows.

even the most complex tasks become surprisingly manageable because of the platform's uncluttered layout and the really helpful customer support team.
Cons
I've been frustrated because a few workflow tools I relied on with other learning platforms are missing here and that's disrupted my everyday routine.

“everything I need
Pros
It takes care of all the hosting and administrative tasks automatically which lets me concentrate on uploading content and managing users. I had everything up and running within a week or two. I really enjoy the user interface, it's pleasant to use and comes loaded with alot of features from day one. The out-of-the-box setup already included everything I required. Later on, I'm planning to look into their e-commerce capabilities and SSO options, plus I want to enable more advanced reporting.
Cons
After using it for a couple of months I haven't come across any serious flaws. The help documentation online could be better though, I often end up digging around to track down specific answers. Also, there are several different methods to host content which can make me pause for a bit while I decide the clearest way to share materials.

Cons

“Smooth setup with great people
Pros
using this platform was refreshingly simple and interactive and I really appreciate how easy everything felt. The whole team we partnered with stayed friendly and professional the entire time and they played a big part in helping us hit our tight deadline by making the integration and rollout surprisingly smooth and efficient. Don and Jennifer stood out as exceptional, I honestly wish every software vendor employed people like them.

“A strong, lasting system
Pros
For our organization, it checked roughly 90% of our requirements straight away. The team has always been very responsive whenever we've suggested tweaks and they appear committed to improving the product. Support has been reliable from day one, we've been using it for several years now, and I've yet to face an issue that wasn't either fixed or at least logged in their roadmap. We initially chose this platform because the feature set was so comprehensive and we've stayed because they continuously release updates that simplify admin work and enhance the end-user experience. Getting the system up was easy, and moving over our legacy data went surprisingly well. It now provides a consolidated view of training across all nine of our subsidiaries, exactly the visibility we wanted. Uptime has been strong and when outages did occur they didn't seem to be caused by anything on our side. Overall, I regard it as a solid LMS backed by responsive support.
Cons
I'm still missing a handful of features I'd find helpful, though I'm pretty sure they'll arrive eventually. Some of the newer additions felt a touch unfinished at launch but the team responded quickly to feedback and worked to smooth out those rough spots.

“simple integration capabilities overall
Pros
I've found the reporting tools to be very thorough and the dashboards are genuinely interactive to use. Whenever I've needed help, customer support has been excellent and I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it integrated with our existing systems.
Cons
Sometimes the admin interface feels overwhelming with all its features, I find it frustrating when I'm only trying to do something simple.

“bestt support with minor limitations
Pros
Having a dedicated Customer Success Manager has been a game-changer when we need help troubleshooting or exploring alternative approaches. The Knowledge Base is something I rely on a lot, and if I ever can't track down an answer, Stephanie is usually ready to jump in and assist. Most of my time is spent in Create which I find incredibly interactive to use, the Media area is a favorite because I can easily reuse uploads without any fuss. Reporting covers my needs well and I find tweaking reports to be easy and simple.
Cons
The discussion boards come across as fairly rudimentary and don't offer much in the way of depth or engagement. Also when two user accounts are merged, none of the prior activity transfers over, things like leaderboard points vanish which I find really aggravating.

“Flexible Solution for Business Requirements
Pros
Because the dashboard is so simple, we can all get around it easily which is a big help since a few team members aren't particularly tech-savvy. The customer support has been consistently excellent, they really dig into each ticket to uncover the underlying problem and offer practical fixes. Our customer rep is a pleasure to work with and always walks us through handling our more unusual requests. I also value that there's an ideas page where customers can post improvement suggestions. It's comforting to know the company actually pays attention to and acts on user feedback.
Cons
Unfortunately, I can't push new rules to users who are already enrolled, so I end up spending extra time on manual tasks to ensure everyone is properly assigned to the right courses or manually re-enrolled whenever it's required.

“Smooth system with tough rules
Pros
Its really easy to get around, even when I'm taking care of admin work. The tech support team has been phenomenal, they're quick to respond and clearly know their stuff which genuinely impresses me. Keeping this level of customer service is essential and, in my view, should stay a high priority because excellent support can absolutely make or break a company's reputation.
Cons
The system won't let me assign due dates to individual sessions, I can only set them for whole events, which drives me nuts. On top of that, evaluations are linked to the entire event instead of to each session, so if someone takes several sessions under one event they can't redo the evaluation for a later session. That causes real headaches because we have to submit separate session-level results to satisfy government reporting rules.

“Efficient Curriculum Building Tool
Pros
One feature I really value is the ability to duplicate courses, it speeds up creating similar curricula considerably and saves me a huge amount of time whenever I'm putting together new programs.
Cons
It frustrates me that I can't archive older courses we're no longer using, having them retained as a reference would be really useful when I'm designing comparable curricula in the future.

Pros
I am really impressed with the course, the quality is top-notch and getting set up was simple. What I appreciate most is the support staff's deep expertise, they truly know the product inside and out and are very helpful whenever I need guidance. From my perspective, learners have no trouble finding their way around the platform.
Cons
We could really use more advanced technical training options. Our large engineering team would benefit greatly from additional, deeper resources and hands-on material to help them make the most of the platform's capabilities.

The interface is incredibly interactive and getting everything up and running was simple. I was able to tailor settings exactly the way I wanted without much trouble. Whenever I hit a snag, my Client Success Manager was right there to help me work through it.
Cons

I find managing users simple and switching to learner view only takes a single click.
Cons
It annoys me to have to manually mark attendance every single time, and I also find it frustrating that learners must enroll in each separate activity inside a curriculum instead of being able to sign up for the entire course at once.

I chose this platform because it's very user-friendly for someone like me who lacks a lot of experience with learning management systems. Setting up courses, managing users, and pulling basic reports has been easier than I expected. We can deliver both online and instructor-led classes to our learners without any headaches. My Client Success Manager, Stephanie Berry has been incredible and she's consistently responsive and makes sure we know about new updates and features that might help us. The billing group, particularly Chase Capelletto and Erin Snowdon, also do an excellent job addressing our questions and requests in a timely manner.
Cons
I wish the reporting tools offered greater variety and that I could pull assessment scores for specific date ranges. It would also be helpful to have increased flexibility to rename buttons and change section headings.

Everything about the workflow feels natural and meets me exactly where I am. Even if someone is brand-new or an admin, people seem to use it easily without any issue. The smart assist tool truly makes moving through tasks simple and painless. I've had a fantastic experience with our support representative, they were attentive, helpful and genuinely invested in our success. Getting the system installed and tied into our other tools went much more smoothly than I expected.
Cons
I'd like to have more ways to manage user account metadata, although I've been able to come up with a few workarounds that suffice for the time being.

I love how hands-on and interactive everything feels, it really keeps me involved during the whole learning journey. Requiring users to physically click through steps, along with the short quizzes at the end of sections, does a great job of helping me stay focused and on track.
Cons
My main wish is that importing learning transcripts from other organizations would be much simpler, I find the current process a bit clunky and making that more simple would be my top improvement request.

Absorb came through at exactly the right moment for our team as we used a rebrand and relaunched the business. I'm really impressed that it allows us to tailor training for every partner and individual team member on a case-by-case basis.
Cons
Some of the little annoyances we run into come from how uniquely we use the platform, so I can see why those issues haven't been top development priorities. Still, I'm relieved to hear that a few of these points are being looked at for upcoming releases. One major thing I'd like improved is the iFrame support, right now it feels clumsy and awkward to embed. Also, when files open inside the platform the browser tab shows the Absorb logo instead of ours in the favicon and that undermines our branding consistency.

I am genuinely impressed by how user-friendly it is and by the fantastic support team that steps in whenever I run into obstacles. I haven't bumped into a single technical hiccup so far and the staff always responds quickly and seems very knowledgeable. The rollout was painless, the Create Features are superb and I'm excited to dive deeper into the AI functionality.
Cons
So far I haven't faced any serious problems. When I do face issues with particular parts of the system, support reaches out to me quickly and helps resolve things. I feel reassured knowing they respond promptly and guide me through fixes whenever something doesn't work as expected.
