“Got excellent support”
Pros
Sherrie Luke has been the standout part of this for me. She's always willing to go the extra mile whenever I need help and I really value the support she provides.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is having to add the same course multiple times just to place it in more than one category. I also don't love getting scheduled reports when there isn't any new information in them. It would be much better if there were a way to remove courses in bulk.

“Amazing features for every role”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how detailed the product features are. It feels like the IT team put real thought into the different use cases and the various ways a learner, creator or admin would need to work within the system.
Cons
At times though that level of detail can make the platform seem less user friendly than it should. In the Create portal, there also seem to be a few limitations when it comes to making slides look more modern and less like a standard PowerPoint presentation.

“pretty easy to learn”
Pros
It has been very user friendly and simple for both admins and employees to use. It has had a big impact on the way we deliver training across the organization, helping us simplify learning, increase engagement and handle everything much more efficiently overall. I also want to give special thanks to Luke Valentine for his continued support and guidance. He played a key role in getting the system set up and after implementation, he took the time to work with us so we could make the most of it.
Cons
There's only been one small issue so far like I was able to publish the same course twice. It would be useful if the system gave some kind of warning that the course had already been published. It's not a major problem but it's definitely something worth addressing down the line.

“helpful training records”
Pros
The way Absorb LMS keeps track of training is really useful especially when I need to pull that information later for reporting purposes.
Cons
Reporting can feel a bit limited at times. We depend a lot on job titles to assign and auto-enroll users but there's no report that shows automatic enrollments tied to a specific role.

“Top tier tool!”
Pros
Using it has been really helpful. The platform is user friendly and keeping an eye on completions and managing enrollments is very easy. I also like being able to set reminders and generate reports the way we need. Overall, the system is flexible which will make things much easier for me as an admin especially when it comes to tracking progress.
Cons
Since we're still in the pre-launch stage, the overall setup has taken a little more time than I originally expected. It also feels somewhat more complex compared with the system we were using before.

“multiple customization options available”
Pros
One of the best things about it is the reporting and customization. It can be tailored to match your organization's needs which really helps it stand out from other options. The setup process also went very well because the project manager and the IT Academy team provided strong support throughout. Overall, it feels like a perfect fit.

Everything about it is good so no cons to share!

“flexible training creation tools”
Pros
Getting around the platform is very simple overall especially when creating internal training content. I really appreciate being able to take existing PowerPoints and turn them into training and it's also helpful that I can upload a PDF and have the AI build from it.
Cons
It's not really something I dislike because every software or platform has its own lane where it works best. The challenge for me is bringing in manufacturer or other certifications that were completed outside the system and adding them to a user's profile. The workaround I use seems confusing and takes extra time. Such as I have to create an online course, name it for what it is, upload the PDF certification into that course, enroll the user and then manually edit the enrollment so the certification appears in the user profile. Creating our own company-logo certificates also seems pretty awkward and confusing in the platform.

“helpful compliance tracking”
Pros
Navigating it is easy and the interface is clean and simple to work with. I especially like the activity reports for compliance because they make it much easier to identify learners who are not meeting requirements. The course setup for sessions is also really useful, along with the option to add new eLearning courses and track attendance during new hire classes.
Cons
I think it would be even better if more advanced reporting were included by default instead of being offered as an add-on.

“Simple setup process”
Pros
Getting new people up to speed has been really easy with this platform. We recently added two new team members and they were able to jump right in without needing much training. The Absorb Academy has been incredibly helpful as an onboarding resource and gives new users a good way to learn the system. It is very user friendly overall and that made adoption much faster for our team. Jason, our Client Success Manager, has also been fantastic to work with throughout the process. On top of that the system came across as user friendly while still being capable of supporting both internal employees and external agents. The initial setup was very simple and the team guiding us through it was supportive and helpful the whole way.
Cons
One thing that would really help is being able to view calendar responses when someone is automatically enrolled in an instructor-led training session. That would make tracking easier especially for courses with attendance limits. I'd also love to see an AI layer added to Absorb Analyze to help with building dashboards. Another area I'd like improved is notification control after courses or curricula are completed especially if we could choose specific people to receive those notifications.

“certificates and reporting shine”
Pros
One thing that works really well is letting learners view their own certificates. It gives them a real sense of achievement while also adding some accountability. The reporting is another strong point especially since we can generate a wide range of reports depending on what different departments across the company need.
Cons
From the admin side there are still a few quirks we have to work around. One example is needing to re-enroll users in courses rather than simply enrolling them into a future session date. It would also help a lot if course uploads did not overwrite existing records because we've had to create multiple versions of the same course each year in order to keep older certificates on file. For instance, if someone completed a course in 2022 and that certificate expires in 2026, uploading a new certificate in 2026 to that same course replaces the original one which means the earlier certificate is lost.

“custom dashboards are amazing”
Pros
We rely on it to organize and monitor both our company's online learning and in-person training sessions. One thing that has been especially valuable is the ability to customize the interface which gives our dashboard a more branded and personalized look. The support team has been excellent too, with quick responses that made a big difference during onboarding and helped us get comfortable with the system much faster. Our IT contact, Gesa Cole, has also been fantastic about keeping communication open through regular meetings. With the level of support we received, the initial setup was very hassle free.
Cons
A few smaller feature gaps would make a noticeable difference for us especially around course cancellation behavior, waitlisting and the ability to give managers more limited permissions so they cannot approve enrollments. The biggest concern, though, is pricing. Costs could be more competitive, particularly for newer features like Localization. We've had to look into other solutions for Localization because the pricing is simply too expensive.

“Packed with amazing tools”
Pros
From day one the onboarding team, the interface and the ADP connector have been the standout parts of our experience. This has easily been one of the most smooth implementations we've gone through from beginning to end. The team stayed highly responsive throughout the process and always had clear answers whenever questions came up. The AI Creator tool has also been a big help when building training content and the ready made course library is an excellent bonus. Overall, the experience has been outstanding and we'd absolutely recommend this product to other teams.
Cons
So far we have not found anything to dislike about the product. Everything runs fast and works the way it should. The ADP connection has been smooth and employee information updates right away whenever changes are made in WorkforceNow.

“reporting options are amazing”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this tool is its reporting. The support team has also been fantastic and the platform offers a wide range of functionality which really helps because our team has very different needs from person to person. It's rare to find something that works well for everyone but this one does. After you spend a little time learning how it works, it becomes very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
The contract and billing side was pretty confusing at first and took some time to understand. The wording felt odd which made it harder than it should have been. There are also a few areas where I wish the setup allowed for more flexibility especially when it comes to different rules or configuration options. The system has some quirks too, for example with our Rise courses, it's disappointing that we can only view the percentage correct on quizzes instead of the number of attempts. On top of that the visual design feels a bit plain. The landing page in particular could use more graphics and added functionality to make it more appealing.

“Platform is easy to use”
Pros
Using both the admin and learner sides is very easy so getting around the platform and handling everyday tasks is efficient. One feature I especially value is the customizable reporting tool with its spreadsheet like layout because it allows flexible data views and makes exporting to Excel or CSV very smooth. That has definitely improved my ability to report on and analyze information. The system is also laid out in a very organized way for setting up courses, users and other functions. Its category based structure makes configuration simpler and the quick access tabs at the top are far more efficient than clicking through several layers of course settings. Overall, the design really improves usability and helps increase administrative productivity.
Cons
Even though the platform already includes a strong range of reporting formats, the reporting side could still be improved in a few areas. Department-level reporting, for example, would be more useful if it offered clearer and more detailed visibility into all employees within a department, such as how many courses are completed, in progress or not yet started. The mailing system works very well overall but there are some limits around customizing certain automated emails which takes away some flexibility in communication. There are also a few gaps in the observation checklist feature. A good example is that learners are not notified by email when reviewers leave feedback and that feels like a basic LMS function that should already be there. Even with those limitations, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. These are fairly minor concerns and they do not significantly reduce the overall effectiveness of the platform.

“Setup process is hassle free”
Pros
We had a really positive experience overall. The platform itself has been excellent and the implementation team was fantastic throughout the process such as patient, helpful, kind and consistently supportive. From day one they made us feel ready and confident to build something special for our first training program. The initial setup was very easy too and I also really value how well it integrates which was one of the biggest reasons we chose it in the first place.
Cons
It is a bit on the expensive side and the sales approach felt fairly pushy.
