“responsive support and strong rollout”
Pros
The team has been excellent to work with as customer support is very responsive whenever messages or questions come up and their project management has been outstanding throughout the process.
Cons
The pricing is on the higher side but we're optimistic that the investment will be worth it and that we'll start seeing a good ROI from the tools soon.

“helpful dashboard and course tools”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is the dashboard. I also really appreciate that I can build and add training courses for my team without much trouble. Working with my representative has been a plus as well, since she's been very supportive and helpful whenever I need assistance with the system.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is the General Manager Experience dashboard doesn't automatically populate team members under the GM right now. Instead, every time a new staff member is created, the information has to be entered manually. The feature does exist but it still means the GM has to add each user one by one which takes extra time. That said, there is a workaround by using the GM role setting to add current location members as team members.

“Courses are proven helpful”
Pros
Coming from Oracle and SAP SuccessFactors, I can say it has a user interface and interactive features that make navigating courses and enrollments feel smooth and helpful. The support from Tamar also made the switch much easier.
Cons
I am not very impressed with the Analyze feature at the moment, although I have heard a much-needed update is on the way.

“Beneficial training paths”
Pros
It has become the backbone of our training process from beginning to end. One of the biggest advantages is how well it pulls in external vendor content and lets me combine it into structured learning paths for specific roles, teams or locations. That flexibility makes it possible to build customized curricula that feel relevant and actually useful. The reporting and tracking are also strong and easy to use which helps me keep a close eye on learner progress and development across the company. On top of that Create is very user friendly for building training from scratch, doesn't require much ramp-up time and makes it simple to version courses into other languages using impressively natural auto-generated voices. I also really value how responsive Create is, along with its media support and audio features. Whenever I run into design issues, the IT team responds quickly and provides excellent help.
Cons
One area that still feels frustrating is the report setup interface. The dropdown is very small and options such as the save and delete buttons only appear briefly which makes the process harder than it should be. In Create, I'd also like to see more font-related tools, such as smaller and more varied bullet point options, plus a color picker like Photoshop to allow for more creative control.

“Able to rollout easily”
Pros
Absorb LMS has felt extremely user friendly for both learners and administrators which made a big difference during our internal rollout. From the admin and setup side, I was especially impressed by how quickly everything was implemented. The team worked against some very tight deadlines and still managed to help us move over from our previous provider without any disruption in service for employees. The support we received throughout the transition especially from Luke, was exceptional.
Cons
The issue I have noticed which may just come down to our setup, is that when I add IT modules from the library, they immediately show up on users' main dashboards. That can be a bit confusing, particularly when those modules appear mixed in with mandatory training.

“pretty organized tool”
Pros
We use it to deliver video content, manage certifications and provide course training for our team. One thing I really like is how well it helps us assign the right learning content to the right team members without delays. From the admin side, the backend is user friendly and easy to work with and the overall layout on the learner side is clean and well organized for our employees.
Cons
I'd still like to see simpler integrations with other systems. That may not be entirely on this platform, since some of it depends on how easy the third-party software is to connect with. Still, having more built-in integrations and added flexibility would make connecting everything and scaling much more convenient.

“powerful course management tool”
Pros
Once you get familiar with the system, adding courses, users, assessments and similar content becomes pretty easy.
Cons
Well I do wish the instructor details were more informative. When a course has more than one instructor assigned, it just displays MULTIPLE instead of showing the actual names which makes reporting or sorting by instructor harder.

“support is the best”
Pros
The interface is clean and simple for both learners and admins which makes it pleasant to use on both sides. The implementation support has also been excellent and made the setup process go really well.
Cons

“Valuable tool!”
Pros
Absorb LMS has been valuable to us for a lot of reasons. The automated enrollment and reminder emails have been especially helpful because they save my team a ton of time by placing new hires into the correct learning paths automatically. The advanced reporting is another big plus especially the kind of set it and forget it reports that continue running without any manual follow-up. Having transcript visibility for every employee adds a lot of transparency and the Manager Hub has been a real game changer since it gives managers a clear view of their team's learning progress and lets them play a more active role in development goals. On top of that being able to customize roles and permissions based on what we need makes the platform much more flexible for our organization. Both the learner side and the admin side are user friendly which makes managing learning programs much simpler. Even the initial setup went surprisingly well especially compared to other LMS rollouts I have dealt with before.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is the Together module included in the base package price. It's an excellent module but costing nearly a third of what we're already paying feels steep. I'd also like more user friendly click and point reporting options that managers could handle on their own.

“user friendly platform”
Pros
Using this LMS has been a really positive experience thanks to how user friendly the platform is. The Knowledge Base is also very well documented which makes it much easier to find answers when needed and the support we receive from our CSM and Account Manager has been consistently helpful.
Cons
The thing we'd still like to see is a more powerful enrollment audit feature so we can better track participation and clearly demonstrate compliance with required training.

“Great platform with helpful support”
Pros
Working with this platform has been a really positive experience. It's simple to manage, easy to navigate and offers a good level of customization. The admin side is also very manageable and doesn't feel complicated to use. On top of that our Customer Success Manager, Ionus Costinas, is incredibly responsive and helpful and always comes back with a solution whenever I bring up an issue.
Cons
One area that could use some improvement is the Create tool. The course design platform does not offer as many features or options as it could which can make it a bit limiting when trying to make courses more interactive and visually appealing.

“Good tool”
Pros
The flexibility of the courses is something I really like. Being able to adjust enrollment settings, email notifications, document uploads and even the overall course structure makes the platform very useful.
Cons
A few features can be hard to figure out. Honestly without the training I was given, I probably wouldn't have been able to work effectively with the Global Resources options or the user groups.

“Packed with powerful admin tools”
Pros
Running compliance and mandatory training through this LMS has been a really positive experience because the admin interface is excellent. As an administrator I deal with a lot of specialized requirements and it reliably handles those needs without falling short. The built-in authoring tool is another big plus, since it gives me plenty of room to be creative while still offering useful templates and AI support when I need to put courses together faster.
Cons
The one thing I'd still like is deeper AI integration in course creation especially if more of the authoring process could be automated for me.

“Ready made courses are the win”
Pros
Having access to the prebuilt content was a huge help. It gave our team a strong library of ready-made courses to work through while we were still building out our own material. The platform is also very easy to use which has been a big advantage. Even the less tech-savvy people on our team have been able to use it without trouble and they actually enjoy working in it.
Cons

“Works fine for us”
Pros
The learner facing elements and overall interface can be customized really well which made it simple to align the platform with our company website and branding.
Cons
A downside is the lack of compatibility with third-party authoring tools we brought in. For a leading LMS, I'd expect it to integrate much better with the top authoring products on the market.
