“simple for everyone to use
Pros
I am genuinely impressed by the admin interface, it's easy to use and loaded with practical tools. On the learner side, the experience is equally simple, the interface is neat and inviting without feeling overcrowded. My favorite part is how much freedom we have to tailor the visual aspects and overall tone across the platform. The automation features are excellent as well, saving us a ton of manual effort. Working alongside the support team has been a really positive experience through both implementation and the day-to-day upkeep. Everyone we've interacted with has been helpful and informed, which made scaling our usage far less painful than I'd expected.
Cons
A big irritation for me is the reporting, it could use a lot more polish and capability. Absorb Analyze Essentials covers the basics and works but it feels like it's lacking the richer analysis and advanced options that would really elevate it. What truly gets under my skin is there isn't a simple bulk enrollment feature, I'd like to just upload a spreadsheet of usernames and enroll everyone into courses instantly instead of having to rely on tagging by department or job title first. It seems like such a fundamental function that should already be available.

“Positive experience with great support
Pros
This platform juggles scheduling for in-person training and logs attendance, and at the same time makes assembling and publishing e-learning modules really simple while tracking completion rates. The configuration options are simple and flexible enough to be tailored precisely to our requirements. We are able to distribute a wide variety of content throughout the organization, everything from short quizzes and resource documents to full-length courses and more, depending on the audience. Sharon, who is our customer success manager has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She consistently shows enthusiasm to help whenever we raise questions or face problems. Even if she doesn't have an immediate answer, she takes time to dig into the issue and comes back to us promptly with either a practical workaround or a reliable fix.
Cons
the reporting feels fairly restricted because we don't have the Absorb Analyse add-on. Many of the reporting tools we lean on appear to be gated behind premium plan tiers, even though I consider some of those capabilities to be basic reporting needs. There's also a bit of ambiguity around Create, it exposes certain quiz and setting options but the admin interface mirrors many of the same controls. We end up unsure which configuration takes precedence, or whether we're overlooking something important.

“Smooth Setup and Support Experience
Pros
had a fantastic onboarding experience, they provided a really adaptable process that could be customized to what I needed whether I wanted help with the initial setup or a guided tour of every feature. Mark, who led our onboarding sessions was very supportive and attentive the whole way through. The platform is feature-rich but the standout for us was the advanced API capabilities that allowed us to connect it with our primary communications and procedural systems. Because of that integration, we've been able to automate a lot of internal processes and training workflows.
Cons
I think the user experience needs quite a bit of work. The tools for filtering users and courses aren't as sophisticated or interactive as I've seen elsewhere and the dashboard feels overcrowded, it could really benefit from a cleaner layout and some streamlining.

I really love how interactive and easy the interface is. Their team personally guides you through every stage of implementation which keeps things simple and stress-free. Even though there are numerous LMS choices, I feel this one distinguishes itself through their commitment to giving each client hands-on, individualized support.
Cons
Honestly, I think the biggest downside is just how extensive the customization goes, you can easily lose hours fine-tuning the LMS and crafting dashboards for every imaginable use case. My advice is to define a firm launch objective up front, since you can always layer in additional features later on.

their customer support team is really helpful and I can use the platform with incredible ease. The admin interface is interactive and didn't require much of a learning curve for me to get comfortable using it.
Cons
It comes across as pretty rigid and it doesn't automate many of the things I need it to handle. I also feel the reporting tools are definitely lacking and could use some significant upgrades to make them genuinely useful.

the admin side needs improvements to simplify how I manage learner tasks and evaluations. I still face a fair amount of manual steps that should be automated, features such as bulk actions would genuinely reduce effort and make my work a lot smoother.

Pros
Sharon on the support team has been absolutely outstanding, I've seen her reply quickly and consistently come up with inventive workarounds that let us reach our objectives even when the platform itself limits what we can do. I also find the whole support crew to be very responsive.
Cons
I am finding the LMS itself fairly rigid and short on flexibility. I wish there was a feature that would allow buddies to see a concise dashboard of their learners, something similar to the managers' view but available to people who don't have manager or admin privileges. In many cases the buddy isn't the learner's manager, so having that visibility would be incredibly useful for day-to-day support.

the team mapped out a simple plan and kept us posted on milestones and deliverables the whole time. As someone managing the system, finding my way around as an admin is simple and doesn't eat up my daily time. The support crew actually knows their stuff and are always pleasant whenever I reach out for help.
Cons
integrating the LiL content didn't make much sense to me and required a fair bit of trial and error, but the support team stepped in and got everything sorted out fairly quickly.

For me, the interface is incredibly interactive and I picked it up quickly. Navigation follows a logical flow and everything feels natural. There's a wide array of useful features and pulling training data for our staff is simple. The integration team offered outstanding support, helping configure our HR import precisely to our requirements.
Cons
I find the ILC sessions to be rather rigid when compared with other course formats, I wish they included some of the flexible options that those other types provide so we could adapt them better to different learning needs.

“A powerful tool with a few rough spots
Pros
From day one my support experience has been exceptional. Our implementation project manager knew the product inside out and walked us through every step of the setup which made the whole process much less stressful. When we needed a capability that wasn't available out of the box, the team came up with a clever workaround that ended up saving us a lot of time. They never handed us off to someone else until we felt fully confident using the system. Because we have dedicated support staff in our timezone, responses are quick and the 24/7 ticketing system is surprisingly responsive as well. I've noticed they actually pay attention to customer feedback and roll out requested updates within reasonable timelines. Integration went smoothly despite our tangled legacy systems. The open API has been vital to how we work and the new Zoom integration makes scheduling virtual instructor-led sessions really easy. Setting up external user access is simple and learners find the experience interactive. The interface looks modern and professional and we have complete control over branding and visual design. Creating learner dashboards was far easier than on other platforms we tested. The translation feature allows us to tailor almost everything to our terminology on both the learner-facing and admin sides. Very rarely do learners ask navigation questions because it's so user-friendly, that was actually a major reason we chose this platform. This solution handles both instructor-led and e-learning delivery well. A lot of vendors are great at one or the other, but this tool gives solid functionality for both formats. Course curriculum features perform well. We can dictate the sequence learners must follow for both instructor-led and online courses, and we can also offer multiple completion pathways when needed.
Cons
The basic reporting tools are limited when you want to pull data across multiple courses or different course types at once. If you need more flexiblereporting, you'll have to purchase their Analyze product. There's a frustrating bug around marking absences in instructor-led courses that complicates completion tracking. If someone is marked absent for a session and then signs up and attends another session, the system often doesn't mark the course as complete. It stays stuck in an in-progress state even though there's both an absence record and a completed enrollment. That leaves us manually updating completion status while retaining the absence for attendance records. The recurring session feature for instructor-led courses is also quite restrictive. If you want to create multiple sessions within a course like module 1, 2 and 3, they all have to be scheduled for the same weekday and exact time. Rescheduling or canceling individual instances is a real pain, so we frequently manage that outside the platform. The learner calendar lacks important functionality for our users. Custom admin access has some significant shortcomings too. We have subject matter experts who should only see data for their specific department but granting any admin access currently allows them to view information for all departments which raises privacy concerns. When you unenroll users from courses, all associated data disappears from their transcript. You can find enrollment and unenrollment activity in the admin activity feed, but it would be much more useful to have some visible record of unenrollments on the actual transcript.

The customer support team has been phenomenal, both the technical staff and our account managers have been very helpful.
Cons
I've noticed they do take user feedback into account and will implement changes but updates often take longer than I'd like to see. Also when my team uses our internal analytics instead of the platform's built-in reporting, we have to design our own integration process because linking the systems isn't simple.

Using this tool has been a breath of fresh air, I am really impressed with how interactive it is and how simply I can tailor it to meet my exact requirements. The guidance we received during the changeover was phenomenal and I was up and running with the system far sooner than I expected. Reporting is clean and easy to use, and it consistently produces reliable data. The customer support outperforms our old LMS by a mile, my account rep replies so promptly that I typically have issues sorted out within the same day. What impresses me most is that the team genuinely takes feedback seriously and implements fixes, instead of just accumulating suggestions and doing nothing about them.
Cons
I'd really like to see more bulk-import tools for managing users. It would save me a lot of time if I could change everyone's supervisor in a single action rather than having to edit each profile one at a time.

Switching from a different LMS, the breadth of features immediately grabbed my attention, there really is a ton you can do here. On top of that, finding out how fantastic the support team is has been a huge bonus. Because I spend hours on the platform every day, questions pop up all the time and I always know who to contact. Their replies are consistently detailed and fast which makes troubleshooting simple. To top it off, it is interactive and the learning curve is practically non-existent, everything just clicks for me.
Cons
There isn't much I can complain about overall but I have hit a issue when trying to enroll large groups at once. It would be so helpful to have a simple field where usernames can be pasted for batch enrollment. Right now, I am forced to follow a multi-step import routine to get user lists in and enrolled. It isn't a deal-breaker but adding a quick paste option would make this process a lot more convenient for me.

During contract negotiations, I felt there could have been clearer explanations about usage fees and billing, for example, how charges vary between auto-enrolled and self-enrolled courses. That extra detail would have avoided a lot of initial confusion.
