“easy tracking but tricky reports
Pros
As a learner, I find the navigation incredibly simple, locating courses feels natural and interactive. From my side as an admin, monitoring learners' progress and assigning courses is just as easy to manage and doesn't require any training.
Cons
I get frustrated when generating reports because I can only pull data for one course at a time, and there isn't any way to include inactive courses in the reports. Also, when I'm trying to sign up for instructor-led classes that run across multiple sessions, the enrollment flow becomes pretty confusing and difficult to use.

“Smooth navigation
Pros
It is very simple tool than the LMS systems we used before. By combining the Create feature with Amplify content, we've unlocked a lot more training options across different roles in the company. Our ADP integration automatically keeps employee statuses and job titles in sync which removed a huge amount of the manual updating we used to do. Reporting is much more flexiblethan what we had previously, both admins and managers are finding the data access really helpful. The AI tools inside Create have been transformative for me, cutting down the time it takes to build training significantly. Colleagues have praised the AI voiceover, especially when dealing with presentation-heavy material. Since launch our Client Success Manager, Stephanie Berry has been phenomenal, she gets back to us quickly and either provides the answer or clearly points us to the right resource.
Cons
I don't feel the reporting meets all of our unique organizational needs. It would be great if the HCM integration did a better job syncing things like reviewer roles and several other data points. Lately we've been seeing more sync errors, so I'm hoping those problems get resolved soon for us.

“Strong tracking with rare issues

I've been impressed by the tracking features, they let me instantly identify which teammates need training or are falling behind. Integration into our existing tools went smoothly and managers picked it up quickly with very little training. Our customer success manager, Stephanie has been fantastic, always available to answer questions and provide helpful support.
Cons
Overall, it serves us well, though a few minor features don't align perfectly with our particular business processes. Even with those small mismatches, I've found it to be a major upgrade compared to what we used before and we seldom experience any issues in day-to-day use.

the course and curriculum builder are exceptionally clean and easy to use, with an interactive, no-frills layout that makes using and organizing content simple. Our customer success manager, along with the rest of the support team has been amazingly helpful, they've ensured we're using the system correctly and helped us extract the fullest value from the reporting features.
Cons
We could use more flexibility in enrollment management, the current tools feel a bit rigid and don't adapt well to our workflows, so expanding options for enrollment settings would better support our needs.

The reporting tools are very comprehensive, I've been able to build custom reports and schedule them to send automatically to particular people on set days. Keeping track of employee training feels simple and the entire system is easy for me to learn and use.
Cons

It is very flexible, packed with a lot of helpful tools. Using this tool has been simple for me and whenever I've needed assistance, their customer support has been excellent.
Cons
Multi-language capabilities fall short which causes real headaches for our organization because we operate across multiple languages. I notice clear deficiencies in how the LMS is configured for different locales. Migrating from an older platform has been particularly difficult due to a very complicated integration process, and it provides little in the way of administrator training to guide us through the setup.

For our global operations, the amount of flexibility this platform offers is remarkable. Because we deal with a variety of regional requirements, it lets us shape courses and learning spaces exactly the way we need them. Other platforms feel inflexible and like they force a single standard on everyone but this one allows us to customize per team. Also, our Customer Success Manager has been fantastic, very knowledgeable and always ready with practical tips on best practices and how to get the most value from the platform.
Cons
The knowledge-base articles are helpful overall, but tracking down a particular piece of information can be annoying. I end up digging through several articles before I find what I'm after and on occasion the exact answer isn't there at all. The search tool could be more intelligent and user-friendly so people can move through the help center faster and with less issue.

I have been really impressed with the interface and how smoothly the administrative side functions overall. Getting new courses built and published for my learners is remarkably easy and doesn't slow me down. The platform's toolkit feels very complete too, it bundles online courses, bundled course packages, full curriculums and certification options together in one place. On top of that, the Analyze Dashboard hookup is superb and gives me meaningful, in-depth visibility into our training metrics. With all of those capabilities combined and the standout customer support, using this system has honestly been a delight.
Cons
There are many admin features I'd love to see added because they would noticeably improve my day-to-day management. For example, bulk enrollment and bulk withdrawal for courses, automatic expiration of enrollments and other similar automation options would simplify things and make the admin experience much more efficient.

From day one I was blown away by how modern and interactive the interface feels, getting around the system is easy whether someone is tech-savvy or brand new to these tools. The customization options really set it apart, giving me complete control to build assignments with precise parameters that align exactly with our training goals. Their backend capabilities are excellent for highlighting courses and keeping content current which matters a lot in our rapidly changing industry. Linking the platform to our HRIS and LinkedIn Learning created a unified learning environment that simplified so many processes for us.nWhat stands out most, though, is the support especially our dedicated Client Success Manager. They've played a huge role in our results, acting as teacher, collaborator, advisor and advocate all at once. From the initial demos to implementation and everyday use, they've been alongside us through every stage. Our team absolutely took to it, engagement jumped from about 20% to roughly 80% of staff in just the first week! I enjoy building content directly in the system, whether I'm uploading existing courses or putting things together from scratch. No question is dismissed, our CSM digs in to find answers and continually helps us refine how we use the platform. The auto-assign capabilities, thorough reporting on training completions and smooth integration with outside resources meet our organisational needs for both internal and external training perfectly.
Cons
The main thing I'd like to see improved is more powerful reporting out of the box, so we aren't reliant on the Absorb team to create custom reports for us. The reporting that exists today is already lightyears better than what we had before, but like many of us in tech, we're always hungry for extra functionality. I do understand those enhancements are on their roadmap which is reassuring.

the platform is really easy to get around. The training they provide is exceptional and I'm impressed by the AI capabilities as well as the narration tools. I also like the knowledge-check features because they add value. Support has been phenomenal, they walked us through every phase of implementation which kept everything running smoothly.
Cons
During onboarding I ran into one issue, while configuring training modules the term 'create' caused a lot of confusion because there's another product actually named 'Create.' That overlap in naming complicated setup more than necessary and added unnecessary friction to the whole rollout process.

Cons
One thing I find frustrating is the dynamic user group functionality, for instance, when someone shouldn't remain enrolled in a recurring course, I still have to manually remove them instead of the system doing it automatically.

self-enrollment has dramatically cut the amount of administrative work I used to handle by hand. The whole interface is user friendly, and having everything in one centralized location has made day-to-day management much easier for me. The online quizzes that grade themselves have been a total lifesaver, I no longer need to print materials or mark answers manually. I can watch enrollment figures update live and follow each student's progress without jumping through hoops. The automated messaging keeps everyone informed and syncing session dates with my Outlook calendar is incredibly handy. I also like how I can customize the portal so it matches our branding exactly. Brittney, Raymond and Jerome have all been super patient and really helpful during our rollout. Whenever I reach out for help, the responses come quickly and reliably.
Cons
I can't add additional data to the dashboard widgets and the arbitrary 10-widget ceiling is really frustrating. When enrollment keys are used, I can't set learners to inactive until they've been approved which causes unnecessary headaches. Communication during our initial onboarding was poor, nobody broke down the various packages or add-ons, so we had no clear idea which features were part of our plan. It also bothers me that you can't schedule future course enrollments for individual users or groups, that seems like a basic capability that should already be available.
