“Helpful support but basic look
Pros
our team picked up the interface almost instantly & there were no training headaches. After a few small tweaks on our side we can monitor training metrics really effectively. What stands out most to me is the speed of the support team and our customer success manager, whenever we reach out they reply fast and resolve things quickly. Their responsiveness is honestly the platform's strongest asset.
Cons
the branding and interface customization is limited, which gets annoying when I want the app to reflect our company's visual identity. The built-in reporting tools feel thin too, I frequently wish there were deeper analytics available straight away. Even so, these shortcomings don't significantly impact how well the platform performs overall.

“I love the support!
Pros
Melissa is very helpful in getting me set up and taking care of all the tasks I have to manage on the platform.
Cons
What I'd change is having the ability to set idle timeout durations for each individual course separately, instead of being stuck with one single universal lockout time that ends up applying to everything.

Pros
Their reporting interface feels very interactive, so I can find what I need and move around the system without any issue and the customer success managers always give me great help whenever I reach out.
Cons
I wish the BI tools were included by default rather than being offered only as optional add-ons.

“Excellent platform, very satisfied overall
Pros
This application packs a lot of power and flexibility, yet I found it surprisingly simple to use. During the initial assessment with Maire Hitchen and throughout the onboarding with Mark Williams, the entire process felt smooth and free of stress. The switch ended up being much easier than I expected. What really caught my attention was how interactive everything is, we barely needed any support after going live. Within roughly two weeks, my whole team was up and running without any major issues.
Cons
So far, I haven't faced any problems, everything functions exactly as our team needs it to.

“best tool with excellent support team
Pros
the learner interface is really friendly and easy to move around in. On the admin side there are loads of capabilities and it didn't take me long to get comfortable with them. Our Client Success Manager, Greg Law has played a major role in making the whole experience outstanding. He sets up regular check-ins with our team to go over any issues or ongoing challenges we've been working through. Most of those meetings are short and pleasant because Greg is so good at sorting out whatever pops up. He also replies quickly to emails and is always willing to help. I'm thankful for Greg's support!
Cons
I've noticed the admin area has trouble handling data and the related fields. In my experience, some fields don't appear in every report and that inconsistency can be pretty irritating when I'm trying to pull accurate information.

“Smooth launch but limited phone app

From the very beginning the implementation has gone exceptionally well, largely because of Mark Williams, Caroline Mc Partland, and the entire team who have provided outstanding support every step of the way. They've guided us through each phase with clear, simple communication and expert advice that genuinely made a difference. The platform itself is easy to get up and running and I was able to customize and configure everything to align with our organization's particular needs without much fuss. The training sessions were comprehensive and well organized, so our team left feeling confident and prepared to manage the system. What I appreciate most is the team's attention to detail and how responsive support has been and questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. I am truly excited about our upcoming launch and confident this will significantly enhance our training and development programs.
Cons
On the downside, I find the mobile app fairly limited compared to the desktop experience, it doesn't yet offer the same level of functionality and really needs to reach parity with what's available on desktop. Other than that shortcoming, I consider this to be a solid platform overall.

admin interface is easy to get around and I really value alot of options for tailoring views and filtering results.
Cons
It doesn't automatically unenroll users, so I'm stuck having to use bulk actions to remove people from courses, which becomes pretty tedious.

It has totally changed how we handle training across our organization. Its flexibility combined with a very user-friendly layout addressed the problems we'd been struggling with and supports our long-term learning objectives. What really made a difference for us was the standout support from Alison Heslop and Mark Williams, they guided us through the migration and smoothed out every bump, which made the whole rollout feel easy. I'd absolutely suggest this to any organization looking to strengthen their training programs and make their learning initiatives more effective. Having them as a partner has helped us build a much more engaging learning environment for our team.
Cons
One limitation we ran into is the lack of API integration for managers and the absence of SCIM support, those are the biggest pain points. I do appreciate that the product team has acknowledged these gaps and told us they've put them on the development roadmap for upcoming releases.

“Smooth portal but tricky live session

Honestly, I've been really impressed by how interactive this platform is, our whole team had no trouble finding their way around the portal and everyone learned it quickly. The admin dashboard suits my workflow perfectly especially when I'm running reports or adding new users into the system.
Cons
getting live courses set up has been somewhat tricky so far and I feel it's largely just about becoming familiar with the steps and experimenting until I discover the best method to do it.

the onboarding was incredibly detailed and each step was easy to follow and put into action. I appreciate how responsive customer support is, whenever I need a refresher or help learning a feature, they're available. It's such a relief to get fast, hands-on replies that guide me through things, unlike other providers where you file a ticket and wait days. Our group really appreciates the interactive nature and the polished look of the UI. This platform handles it all, managing content, creating materials and designing curricula, so we don't have to switch between several different tools.
Cons
The way Teams calendar links work feels a little awkward, I have to go into Outlook to grab the join link rather than joining straight from the calendar. I also find myself craving more imaginative authoring features when I'm putting content together. The existing tools do the job, but I frequently wish there were more creative options and extras to make content development easier and more flexible.

Whenever I use it, the layout feels so easy, bouncing between features is easy whether I'm working behind the scenes or handling daily tasks. What truly impresses me is the customer support, they are outstanding. I can't recall ever waiting more than a day for a reply and in most cases my problem gets resolved in that first response. If an issue needs deeper investigation, they always keep me in the loop and never make me feel like I'm imposing at all.
Cons
I end up having to assign data access and set up reporting lines by hand, which becomes tedious after a while. I do believe this would be simple to resolve if there were tighter HR system integration or direct Azure connectivity.

I am really impressed with how amazing the interface is, it makes getting around feel easy. I've leaned on their online help resources more times than I can count, they've saved me whenever I was trying to figure out a particular feature. the level of customization is what grabbed me first, I can build courses that actually feel unique using the authoring tool. The AI features, especially the voice options, are surprisingly flexible and the whole interface is easy to get around. I also like the gamification features and how simple it is to tweak user settings. The analytics are truly useful for following learner progress. What stands out most is how the course-building process forces me to rethink my content which has naturally led to better material. Support has been fast and effective, combining professionalism with a personal touch that feels real. Both the initial demo and the rollout went beyond what I expected. The team knows their stuff, works efficiently, communicates clearly and are genuinely a pleasure to collaborate with.
Cons
I don't spot many urgent problems, most refinements will likely come from ongoing user feedback and idea sharing. That said, I would welcome more visual choices and extra customization for assessments, quizzes and surveys, plus some ready-to-use course content to help speed up development.

I'm able to closely monitor students' activity and set up automated reports to run on their own schedule, those capabilities have transformed how I manage my classes and saved me a lot of time.
Cons

One feature that really stands out to me is the ability to build distinct front-end portals for different client groups. Because each of our user segments needs its own branding, content and security configuration, this was the only LMS I found that gave us that degree of customization and control. On top of that, the whole onboarding experience has been excellent and the support team has been fantastic at helping us launch everything without hiccups.
Cons
I do not have many complaints, there are a handful of features I'd like to see adjusted, but the team appears receptive to feedback and I can confirm that a number of our requests are already slated for future releases.

the support team takes the time to walk me through every step before we go live, that level of hand-holding means a lot. This LMS is poised to help us simplify day-to-day operations and make our data-processing workflows much cleaner. There are a wealth of helpful materials, articles and an academy, that quickly make me comfortable with all the platform's capabilities.
