Honestly this software is on another level. Saying otherwise would be unfair because it really is brilliantly designed and I definitely recommend it.
Cons
Updates sometimes cause certain data to be lost but overall it's still okay.

“excellent for selling training”
Pros
Most LMS platforms are built for schools or internal company learners but this one is geared toward businesses that sell training to outside audiences. It lets you create separate courses for different groups while keeping all the tracking centralized in one place. If selling training is a big part of your business, this is honestly one of the strongest products out there for that purpose.
Cons
When we first started using it back in 2015, the platform focused mostly on classroom based training and did not have a very strong e-learning setup. Administrate splits the product into two parts. Such as the Training Management System for scheduling and booking events and the Learning Management System which works more like a standard student portal for online learning. But the LMS side did not have everything we needed at first but they've kept improving it and have been releasing updates at a pretty steady pace.

There is a lot packed into it and it has the potential to handle quite a wide range of tasks.
Cons
The interface isn't especially user friendly and the customization options are fairly limited. It also is pretty outdated overall.

It matched our business needs really well. Since it is cloud based, we don't have to worry about any IT management and it handles our sales opportunities, training events, client communications and more all in one place.

Pros
I like how open Administrate was about its development roadmap, along with a strong feature set that keeps getting better. It ended up being the perfect fit for what we needed.
Cons
At times the software can work a little slow, although performance has definitely improved over the past few months.

“A complete access anywhere”
Pros
Everything is user friendly, visual and logically laid out which makes the system simple to work with. That said not everyone processes information the same way. Having everything stored in one place is a big advantage and being able to access it from anywhere in the world with an internet connection is really valuable.
Cons
The reporting side still twists my brain a bit. It's clearly a very powerful tool but it can be annoying trying to get exactly the information you need out of it.

Everything is easy to use and the layout is simple to navigate. Plus having all the information collected in one place makes managing training much more convenient.
Cons

Pros
The biggest advantage has been how user friendly the platform it. Overall it is easy to use and the way it connects information across the system actually makes sense. It has really changed how we work with our customers and because of that we're able to deliver a much higher level of customer service. As more data has built up in Administrate, the reporting has become increasingly valuable, helping us make stronger business decisions and stay proactive instead of constantly reacting.
Cons
An ongoing challenge comes from being on the opposite side of the world and actually the first country to start a new day. This creates some issues with time and date stamping. To their credit the team has been working on improving this within the system.

Pros
It has taken a lot of manual work off my plate by automating the way we stay connected with clients especially with reminders to enroll in a course or show up for one they've already booked. It also opened up online ordering for us which was a big step forward. On top of that it helped us expand our training catalog and start offering courses online.
Cons
The finance and invoicing side doesn't fit well with the way my system is set up.

Pros
One of the best parts has been the customer support. Our account manager has been especially outstanding and really understands how our business operates from top to bottom. Plus the platform itself is very user friendly and easy to use.
Cons
A few operational features were removed during a recent update. But we are currently working through that and trying to get it resolved.
