“Solid platform with regular improvements
Pros
The custom user creation feature has been a real game-changer for our teams, I can set up administrators for specific content areas and adjust their access levels based on what they actually need. This prevents less experienced users from getting overwhelmed by too many options. Having external user capabilities and peer accounts would've been incredibly valuable if our partner organizations had decided to adopt the platform. The development team consistently works on improving the user experience based on our feedback too.
Cons
The system doesn't let managers upload third-party certificates like Red Cross directly to learners profiles whichcreates friction when training groups resist the transition. Right now, employees have to upload their own files or an admin needs to impersonate them, both options are pretty glitchy. Also some of our certifications last 4-5 years before renewal but the ALM doesn't track certifications for that long so we lose visibility on longer-term requirements.

“Excellent LMS
Pros
I can quickly print sign-in sheets for my classes and mark attendance without any hassle. The "Impersonate User" feature is fantastic, it lets me log in as employees to troubleshoot their issues firsthand. Often people just need guidance on how the system works and being able to see exactly what they're seeing makes it so much easier to help them find solutions.
Cons
Learning Path grouping is nice but there's a frustrating issue when someone misses a course, I cant unenroll them from just the course without removing them from the entire path which makes management more complicated than it should be.

“GREAT training management solution
Pros
I really appreciate how flexible this platform is, we've been able to customize it perfectly for our unique industry needs. The learning paths and certification options make it super easy to roll out training programs quickly and our team members feel more empowered because everything aligns with our company culture. The integration capabilities have been a game-changer for getting our systems to work together smoothly.
Cons
The learning curve can be pretty steep but thats mainly because there's so much you can customize. It's not really a complaint just something to keep in mind that all those customization options mean you'll need to invest time upfront to really learn how everything works.

“effective platform with room for growth
Pros
I love how this platform works like Netflix, recommending courses based on what interests me. It creates personalized course lists from my preferred areas making it easy to discover content I'll actually want to take.
Cons
Fluidic player has issues too, you cant skip chapters or tags and there's no way to open courses in a seperate window with our customizations. The user audit and login reports need better quality data and the search function is frustrating since learners can't properly search for both courses and learning paths at the same time.

“Convenient learning tool
Pros
Working in HR and L&D, I appreciate how this platform handles multiple roles smoothly, whether I'm administrating, creating content, teachingor learning myself. The ability to build unlimited programs is fantastic and the constant updates keep things fresh with new features to explore regularly. It's become our go-to solution for company-wide training initiatives.
Cons
I wish we could tap into more of what this platform offers. There's so much functionality available that we're barely scratching the surface of. The company could do a better job promoting all there features and helping users understand the full scope of what's possible.

“efficient training management
Pros
I chose this LMS because of how customizable and flexible it is. It's definitely a powerful system that takes some time to get used to but it's been working really well for us. Since we also use Adobe Captivate and Premier Pro, everything integrates smoothly together for our online learning setup.
Cons
Finding the specific reports I need can be tricky sometimes. Though I suspect we're only using a fraction of what this system can actually do.

“Great e-learning solution
Pros
I can easily monitor how my trainees are progressing through their learning materials. Assigning courses is simple whether I'm doing it one person at a time or for entire groups. Setting up learning paths, courses, uploading content and creating assessments all flow together really smoothly.
Cons
When uploading learner details through CSV files, the error handling is pretty frustrating. If there are issues with any records, you don't get a complete list of all the problematic entries at once. Instead, I have to keep uploading multiple times to find each error one by one, then fix and re-upload again. It would be much more efficient if all the erroneous records were displayed together in one go.

“compact solution with big impact
Pros
I've been using this application for quite a while now and honestly can't imagine going back to anything else. The way everything flows so smoothly and simplely has made it an essential part of my daily routine, I genuinely depend on it.
Cons
I don't really think Adobe is lacking in any major areas since most products have their limitations. What they could improve on is offering trial versions or free student editions and maybe making the pricing a bit more affordable for everyone.

“Limited expertise but manageable system
Pros
I really appreciate being able to update email templates across all courses and certifications at once or customize them individually when needed. User registration is simple and hassle-free. The flexibility to assign videos and tests from the content library to any course or certificate makes content management much easier.
Cons
Users need to change the language settings themselves whichis inconvenient. It would be much easier if administrators could set the language along with other user details like email and position when creating accounts.

“great potential with room to grow
Pros
It's great how clean and simple the interface is, navigation feels simple and our clients rarely get lost on the site. The calendar widget is fantastic for displaying upcoming webinars making it super easy for people to register right from the homepage. The feature set provides a solid foundation with gamification social boards, recommendations and all the essential learning tools like webinars and courses. Being able to share direct links to courses, posts and social boards has been incredibly useful. From an admin perspective, I love the role-based permissions approach instead of individual custom permissions, having worked with other LMS platforms that used the latter, I can say it was a nightmare to manage and troubleshoot.
Cons
The homepage and social boards really need a modern makeover with better branding options. The social board functionality feels outdated, text doesn't save when you switch to add images and you can't upload or add images directly in posts. Having to download separate software (ALM Desktop) for recording is pretty inconvenient when it should be built into the interface. There's no way to subscribe to social boards for email notifications which seems like a basic feature. The leaderboard and badges aren't configurable enough, we can't customize HTML boxes or add sections to explain our point system and rewards. Missing milestone badges and admin notifications too. Resources should allow multiple attachments and be linkable, same with course content downloads. The search function needs work and the catalog looks dated. Filters should be fully customizable with user field options. We're also lacking broader custom reporting and dashboard capabilities.

“basic features are lacking
Pros
Adobe's customer support team is fantastic, they respond quickly and actually listen to suggestions for making the system better.
Cons
While it handles some tasks well, this LMS falls short on essential features. The prerequisite function doesn't work properly, learners can enroll in classroom courses even when they haven't completed required prerequisites. When using plans and paths, I can't view learner rosters as an administrator unless I'm assigned as the instructor whichis frustrating. Path reporting is also lacking since it only shows overall progress rather than individual course details within the path. The learner interface confuses users and takes them quite a while to navigate effectively. There are many other basic LMS functions that this system simply doesn't support.

“needs better learning resources
Pros
The platform appears to have extensive capabilities and I've been really impressed with how helpful both our account manager and support team have been.
Cons
The fluidic player interferes with accessibility and table of contents, even when I'm using Adobe Captivate. When I email support several times in one day, Zendesk assumes it's the same ticket so I had to create my own account to log issues separately. There's no proper ticketing system for enhancement requests, they just vanish into thin air and I can't track my own submissions. The interface is confusing to navigate, for one instance, I need to create it in VC, task and Learning Path, then assign instructors to both VC and the task, too many steps where things can go wrong. Training materials are scarce and lack the depth we need. Instructor capabilities are too limited, forcing us to grant admin rights just so they can mark courses as manually complete or archive their old materials.

“Excellent tool for learning
Pros
It handles multiple learning formats really well, from instructor-led sessions (both virtual and in-person) to e-learning modules, videos and audio content. The social learning features with public and private boards are great for sharing research content. I appreciate the gamification through leaderboards that keeps learners motivated. The reporting dashboards provide insights at different levels and having bookmarks plus a personalized learning calendar makes navigation smooth. The curated courses create good structure for learning programs and the fluidic player works smoothly. Job-aids are handy and the learner feedback system along with comprehensive tracking of programs and learners gives you complete visibility into progress.
Cons
I wish there was a way to view the entire month's calendar at once on the platform.

“Solid choice for our needs
Pros
What I appreciate most is how simple and convenient this platform is for our team to navigate. I also love being able to set deadlines and automatic reminders for mandatory training sessions.
Cons
Reporting functionality feels a bit slow to me sometimes I spend way too much time hunting for specific data when I need to pull reports. Would be great if there were automatic notifications about system updates or admin changes when I log in. I know there's online training available but quick tips or reminders about new features would help me actually use them instead of forgetting they exist.

“needs better integration
Pros
I really appreciate how simple it is to create new user accounts. The dynamic content features are fantastic, having interactive buttons, navigation controls and quiz capabilities makes everything more engaging. What I found particularly useful is being able to instantly distribute courses to specific groups based on manager assignments or other relevant data.
Cons
The whole experience isn't as smooth as it could be. New users get confused during registration, they'll enter there email thinking that's the right step but then hit a dead end when they should've clicked "Create Account" instead. If someone's already said they need to register, why show them an email field first? It should just go straight to the account creation prompts.

“simple platform with solid features
Pros
It is simple for people to locate their assigned courses or browse through recommendations. The search functionality makes it simple to find exactly what you need from the catalog. As someone who manages the system, what stands out most is Adobe's incredibly responsive support team, they make working with the platform a genuine pleasure when questions come up.
Cons
Mobile app needs work, it doesn't support courses with quizzes or multiple attempts and there's no syncing between mobile and desktop when offline. Admin permissions are too broad since you can't restrict access to specific catalogs only. Dashboard reporting is limited too, you can only view one course at a time or all courses but nothing in between. As a newer platform some features we need just aren't available yet which is understandable for our hospitality team's daily mobility needs.

“absolutely outstanding software solution
Pros
I've been using this application for a while now and it's honestly something unique in the market. The blend of cutting-edge technology, artistic capabilities and user-friendly design really stands out. What I love most is how empowering the whole experience feels, it genuinely makes complex tasks feel achievable.
Cons
Main downside is that there aren't really many significant issues to complain about. Sure there are a few minor areas that could use some tweaking but honestly they're pretty negligible in the grand scheme of things.

“Sleek design, frustrating performance
Pros
I found the learning curve surprisingly gentle even without much e-learning background. The interface looks polished and makes uploading SCORM files simple. The quiz reporting features are solid, everything exports to Excel with well-organized data that's easy to analyze.
Cons
The bottom scrollbar won't disappear from our classes even when we hide it whichis really frustrating for educational content since students can skip ahead. Adobe told us the only fix is enhanced customization but that's an all-or-nothing approach for our entire large organization, not exactly what we need for flexible control.
