For me, being able to access courses online, offline and on-demand is unbeatable and I really appreciate that flexibility because it fits my lifestyle and learning pace.

I find it frustrating that there isn't any way to access a searchable course catalog which makes it harder for me to browse and plan my learning.

With this tool, I can easily organize and store the training courses offered at my company, using a easy and simple interface that simplifies course management.

The Learning module feels more complex compared to other platforms I've used and I definitely think some steps should be simplified to make the workflow smoother.

I value the integration with the Employees section, where a comprehensive summary of all training completed within the company is kept and easily reviewable.

When I add courses and their editions, I find the input process a bit clunky and overly convoluted which makes setup slower than it should be.

Pros

Software is easy to operate and it hooks up perfectly with my employee database which makes managing training much less of a headache, each team member can either put themselves forward for courses or, if preferred, registrations can be handled centrally by an administrator and on top of that the system lets you organize the lesson schedule and track attendance accurately. It also lets me upload handouts and any other training materials so that every enrollee can download resources independently and the platform even manages the company's annual training budget.

Cons

Although some of the controls aren't particularly simple at first glance, we were able to have the issues addressed without much trouble because the Altamira development team swiftly implemented the customizations we requested and in my experience they reliably turned those changes into working features.
