“Apty is Feature-rich tool and ROI Booster
Pros
Apty in app guidance feature is brilliant. It allows me to access all the resources directly within the application so I do not have to leave the platform. Also the personalized walkthroughs help me onboard easily. Its definitely something I would recommend for any web based application to boost efficiency and return on investment.
Cons
I am very much happy with the product. So there is really nothing that I dislike.

Pros
After we started using Apty our employees now spend more time on their actual tasks rather than on training. With Apty, they learn the application as they work thanks to the workflows that guide them through each step. Its saved us a significant amount of time.
Cons
It would be great if Apty had an online community or forum where users could share their experiences and discuss best practices.

Pros
Aptys AI is great at highlighting where users are struggling and dropping off by analyzing their behavior. This has allowed us to customize the onboarding process for different user types. Additionally their interactive walkthrough has greatly improved the overall customer experience.
Cons
There is nothing at all to complain about since the product was very reliable and easy to use.

Pros
Well I really like how Apty analyze different user types. It helps us create interactive workflows customized to each user. This not only improves the user experience but also guides them through completing their tasks. Thanks to Apty we can now spot the weaknesses in our onboarding processes.
Cons
In Apty there is nothing I dislike. I like everything about it. Also it is very much flexible.

Pros
Firstly I am grateful for the insights and data Apty provides for any web based application. Using Apty has been great as it helps me understand users in a way we never could before. With Aptys detailed application and workflow insights guessing is no longer necessary. These insights allow me to create personalized workflows that maximize impact with a very little effort.
Cons
At times, it can feel a bit too complicated but you get the hang of it with time. Other than that I cannot think of any major issues.

Pros
Navigating Clarity-PPM was difficult for our users so we turned to Apty to help with that. Its no surprise that Apty supports our users at every stage of their adoption process.
Cons
Well we did face some issues during the first few weeks but the support team was helpful and got us up to speed.

Pros
Apty's customer support is excellent. Since our users need constant assistance throughout their software implementation having Apty integrated into the software has made things much easier for us. Since we started using Apty, our helpdesk support calls have decreased by over 55%.
Cons
Frankly, I do not have any cons to mention. This is one of the best products I have come across.

Pros
Apty includes an analytics tool that makes it one of the most effective onboarding solutions available. Although we expected it to be complex due to its many features, the customer success team guided us through it quickly and we began seeing benefits almost instantly.
Cons
Deployment and integration took a bit of time which is understandable, but their support was so good that it made us ignore the delay.

Pros
Features like workflows, validations, launchers, tooltips and announcements are spot on. They address the major issue with most enterprise software which is adoption and usage. With guided workflows we (and our users) have been able to complete tasks properly and excellently, seeing a 61% increase in task completions. Another key benefit is the data accuracy. Aptys validation feature has helped our sales team input data into SalesForce CRM correctly which increases data accuracy by 37%. I did recommend Apty to any organization looking to enhance its enterprise software adoption and usage.
Cons
I have not faced any sort of major issues yet but if I do in the future I will surely update this section.
