“A complete Package”
Pros
I work as a virtual teacher at the University but as a freelancer, I also provide training courses in different sectors and for that, I use Atnova. It is easy to implement and use for all kinds of profiles. The technical service and the human warmth allow me to do my work knowing that I will not have any technical problems. The platform covers almost all possible situations and needs that can arise with each profile and client and they are always open to any suggestions which makes it a very complete and reliable tool.
Cons
I suppose everything can always be improved but as a user I honestly can't think of any major improvements beyond some small personal aesthetic preferences that don't really affect the product itself.

Pros
The software is great and comes with fast customer support that provides customized solutions which makes it very efficient and reliable for my team when dealing with specific needs.
Cons
Time control and scheduling options feel a bit limited and I think more flexibility in these areas would make the platform more useful.

Cons
Probably the overall design in terms of appearance, even though there have been improvements, still leaves me wishing it looked more modern and polished.

“Perfect online learning solution”
Pros
I really liked the Atnova Campus platform because of its ease of use and wide range of functions. The integration with existing company processes was simple and quick. The most impactful features are the ability to create online courses, manage users and track learning outcomes in detail.
Cons
I think the backup system for internal management could be increased, as it sometimes feels like an overlooked area compared to other features.

This is a great platform which is really essential for us as we have around 7,000 students connected every month. The team has consistently adapted to our needs, creating an environment that effectively aligns with our management requirements
Cons
Since we aren't the only clients, some of the developments we've proposed haven't been possible but alternatives have always been sought to achieve the same objective which I do appreciate.

It's a solid, secure, and scalable platform that offers a great user experience for everyone involved. Every new version seems to bring meaningful improvements, which really sets it apart from other LMS solutions.
Cons
Nothing, really. The e-learning sector is so dynamic that at times I might miss a feature but Atnova is quick to work on solutions and ensures that updates often include what's needed in the next version.

“Easy to use setup”
Pros
The deployment process is simple and it allows us to do customizations. It is easy to use, with a low learning curve. The growth capacity is impressive, as we moved from a few hundred users to several thousand with ease. The great and reliable integration with Zoom has also been a strong advantage.
Cons
In my opinion, it would be useful to have better gateways and a stronger set of web services that allow us to access the generated information more effectively, as well as more simple integration of third party tools.

For me, navigation is very easy and the application feels truly user friendly. What stands out the most is the customer service, not only in resolving doubts quickly but also in implementing suggestions or improvement requests, which shows a strong commitment to user satisfaction and makes me feel supported as a customer.
Cons
There's really nothing I'd consider a drawback here, since the system adapts very well to our needs without creating any issues.

“One of the best tools”
Pros
Atnova Campus, for me does absolutely everything we need. I rarely come across tools as complete when it comes to managing client training processes but this has truly become an all in one solution for us, reducing the need for multiple separate platforms and simplifying the entire training workflow.
Cons
Some options could definitely be made more simple, as it occasionally takes me longer than expected to carry out basic tasks.
