For me, navigation is very easy and the application feels truly user friendly. The deployment process is simple and it allows us to do customizations. It is easy to use, with a low learning curve. The growth capacity is impressive, as we moved from a few hundred users to several thousand with ease. The great and reliable integration with Zoom has also been a strong advantage.
Cons
In my opinion, it would be useful to have better gateways and a stronger set of web services that allow us to access the generated information more effectively, as well as more simple integration of third party tools.
