Pros
What really draws me to this platform is how it transforms learning from a yearly obligation into something you actually do every day. The personalized daily questions make those 5-10 minutes way more impactful than sitting through classroom sessions. Having experience with several LMS platforms before, I can say this tool is hands down the best learning management system I've used.
Cons
While there are always areas for improvement, the platform keeps addressing issues almost as quickly as I spot them. My main gripes these days are mostly small aesthetic or organizational tweaks like bringing together the reporting features so they are easier to find instead of splitting them between Leader Zone and Admin Zone, adding folders to Extra Training in the Learner Zone so people can locate specific content more easily, making hierarchy and access work independently from team settings. Some users need access to multiple teams at different levels and thats currently hard to organize without making everyone admins.

I appreciate how user-friendly it is. The fact that it only requires 3-5 minutes daily is a huge plus, finally something I can actually stay consistent with despite my crazy schedule.
Cons
Creating engaging content through the instructional design process eats up way too much time and money. It's really complicated to develop materials that actually keep learners interested.

Broadcast messaging cuts through all the email clutter when we need to reach our field teams. The fact that we can now include gifs is amazing as it lets us add some personality and keep things light when communicating. The whole system is user-friendly too.
Cons
Setting up rewards after the December promotion has been a nightmare for my partner and me. We can't figure out how many bids came in or who's winning before auctions close. Multi-day raffles are confusing to configure and even customer support couldn't clarify if we're giving away multiple prizes at once or daily. The matching questions feature is completely broken for us right now due to some system bug.

Not much to complain about really! The system is super user-friendly and our team absolutely loves working with it. My only wish would be for an administrator manual, though the online training sessions with their staff member were actually pretty helpful.
