“Fantastic product for all-around employee learning, development, and performance management.
Pros
Bridge has consolidated everything I need into one platform, from employee training and development to performance management. I particularly enjoy using Journeys in Bridge. We apply them for everything from onboarding to career advancement. They're so adaptable, they fit almost any type of structured learning or development program.
Cons
This one's tricky because there's so much I appreciate about Bridge. I've always felt it's 99.99% ideal for us, but if I had to point out a flaw, it's the inability to categorize goals. We have performance goals and development goals. Our employees get bonuses based on performance goals, not development ones. We've come up with a workaround using naming conventions, but having the ability to categorize goals within the system would make it easier to analyze them by type.

“Ideal for group work
Pros
The customer support from Bridge is exceptional; whether it's through our customer relationship manager, chat, or email, I always find help readily available. I can rely on getting prompt assistance whenever necessary. Bridge presents learner training in a clear and accessible manner.
Cons
I'd really like to see the same visuals for our programs as we do for course learners (incomplete/complete). Some features are a bit tricky to find and use.

“The automation is ahead of the game
Pros
Texting is fantastic; clients really appreciate it. While e-signing can be tricky, the option to send documents via email or phone number is incredibly handy for everyone involved.
Cons
Esign tends to run into a lot of errors. We received good instructions on how to fix them, but the problem keeps happening.

“I automated our onboarding and ongoing sales training
Pros
Managing a sales team is tough due to constant turnover. While creating initial training and ongoing coaching is already challenging, developing sales training content has allowed me to set up an automated training program. This ensures all sales reps receive consistent training no matter what. The time I save can be spent on one-on-one training that's not easily duplicated. This software is excellent.
Cons
I'd love a way to buy sales training content that I could just upload instead of always creating my own. Still, it's worth the effort.

“Good course platform for enterprise training
Pros
It displays courses in a easy manner, making it easy to track completed and pending courses. The left menu bar is also very handy. Plus, it's highly customizable, so I can add custom tools and links to fit our organizational needs.
Cons
It would be great if there was an easier way to navigate through course modules. The current setup is not very intuitive, so I end up back on the homepage, having to find the course again and open the next module, which adds a few tedious extra steps.

“Powerful LMS tool!
Pros
I really appreciate how simple it is to not just access training but also create it. There are several helpful tools for learners like surveys and quizzes.
Cons
It might just be the nature of sequential learning, but it follows a set path where you can't easily jump around to different topics during an active session.

“Perfectly simple software
Pros
I use Bridge for our company's training courses on a weekly basis, and from that viewpoint, it's fantastic. It's really easy to use and offers a great user experience.
Cons
Even after almost two years, I've never had an issue with Bridge. It's been a fantastic tool for e-learning in my company, and I have no complaints.

“Multifunctional Software
Pros
We use Bridge to monitor personal goals in our roles, track discussion topics for one-on-one meetings with managers, and manage company-wide learning programs. It offers a broad range of possibilities and is easy to operate.
Cons
I don't have any dislikes about this software. It does everything I need and is quite simple.

“A good option for professional training with room for improvement
Pros
The interface is easy and easy to master, and it's simple to create my own content within the platform. The authoring and insight features work well for our team.
Cons
The app's speed is inconsistent; it's fast one day and much slower the next. There are also frequent promises of updates and new features that don't seem to materialize. Support could be more responsive.

“Don't expect a response.
Pros
Bridge has a great interface that's designed to be user-friendly; it provides the most relevant information exactly when I need it.
Cons
The sales team for Bridge LMS is really unreliable. After two weeks and numerous emails trying to set up a demo, I haven't heard back, even after a positive video meeting with a former employee. It makes me wonder about the level of support we'd get after signing a contract.

“Helping people do smarter things
Pros
What I love about Bridge is how well-thought-out and polished the features are. Everything runs smoothly, whether it's with our custom courses or with the off-the-shelf courses we import with the help of Bridge's Content Team.
Cons
There's room for further improvement in reporting and video content management (and they already made great progress!). We're particularly interested in having the ability to simply host a video, like a private corporate "YouTube," without needing to embed it in a course.

“Not a pretty interface, not a lot of options or usefulness
Pros
I like that this platform allows for distributing learning tools to large groups, letting everyone complete training at their own pace and on their own devices.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the interface; it feels too simplistic (very basic). Also, assigning and un-assigning courses to individuals within the organization is a bit challenging.

“An Updated Training System
Pros
Bridge is highly customizable, and even though I'm not involved in creating training modules, it seems to perfectly meet our needs. Navigation is simple and the organization is neat. There are multiple ways to view information, whether on a graph or exported into documents for quick checks. It's current, modern, and relatively easy to learn as well.
Cons
Due to the permissions set by our company, my personal usage wasn't working properly. The training department found a simple and effective workaround that actually works better than the intended permissions.

“Great, Simple, and Clean Learning Management System
Pros
Bridge is incredibly user-friendly; they designed it to be intuitive so that anyone, regardless of experience, can start using it right away. The option to create basic training presentations directly within the LMS without extra software is very useful. The interface is simple, making it clear what courses are required.
Cons
The branding options weren't as extensive as we hoped, especially since some external organizations use our training. While creating quizzes was simple, there weren't many options to make them more interactive. The clean interface was nice, but some found it a bit empty and plain.

“Bridge is an easy to use LMS
Pros
Creating courses is very intuitive. I found it easy to figure out how to build various elements of a course and publish it.
Cons
Grouping people seemed difficult and manual. There wasn't a direct integration with BambooHR.
