“Excellent content and smooth experience

Pros

I really enjoy the chat feature, being able to get help and help other learners is what makes this platform great. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to learn a language quickly.

Cons

I get way too many emails every week. I'd rather have fewer emails with better content that actually helps me learn, instead of just filling up my inbox with junk.

“Disappointing Experience!

Pros

personally, i appreciate how easy the interface is to use which makes daily tasks seem simpler.

Cons

They billed me for an annual subscription that I never signed up for and now they won't refund me! Really shady business practices, stay away from this!

“Quick and Responsive Service

Pros

I like how easy it is to choose and build the language I want to learn. The videos and graphics are really smart and well-designed. The best part for me is being able to share with unlimited people and I can teach others, have conversations and form study groups to learn together.

Cons

I can't think of any major issues at the moment but I'm curious to see how the platform evolves and whether they'll improve the language selection.

What I appreciate is being able to take exams and get feedback from others when I need corrections.

Cons

The one thing I really miss is being able to restart lessons from a specific point once I finish all the available content. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it's intentional but after completing my German course, the app stopped tracking where I last left off. I want to go back to areas where I need more practice and work through them until I'm confident, as many times as I need!

“easy lessons with engaging chat

Pros

The lessons are short and easy which I really appreciate, there's no rush. But the best part is chatting with native speakers and that's what really makes this platform stand out!

Cons

Finding a way to input Russian characters is tricky since there's no built-in Russian keyboard for the language lessons.

“Decent but has room for improvement

Pros

The interface looks clean and it's really easy to use. The screen is clear which makes using it a lot more enjoyable.

Cons

The beginning was great for building my confidence but then it started throwing new concepts at me without explaining them first, and I got pretty lost. What really frustrated me was the listening exercises that expected me to recognize Chinese characters when we hadn't even learned them yet. Some of the questions were nearly impossible to answer because they asked for skills we hadn't even covered. Also, typing in Pinyin was a nightmare. I kept getting marked wrong because the input system didn't work properly.
