It keeps students informed about assignments due dates and quizzes allowing attendance at lectures through ConferNow and Zoom. However there have been observed issues such as slow page loading frequent signins and challenges in saving work.

Cons

I have one complaint about Canvas' customer service with emails and phone calls going unanswered for up to three days. However it's important to clarify that this complaint doesn't directly relate to my personal experience or opinion of the platform.

It lacks visual appeal and is challenging to navigate. Students respond better to colorcoded folders and in my previous district Schoology offered a more creative and userfriendly design.
