“Useful and powerful if you can figure it out”
Pros
Canvas boasts a wide array of powerful features that enhance its functionality. The platform's ability to create comprehensive courses encompassing modules that seamlessly connect assignments tests and other components into a centralized location is truly remarkable. Additionally the inclusion of pages that can be utilized to provide information including the embedding of videos and lessons adds another layer of versatility. Furthermore the system's remarkable capability to automatically score and calculate grades in real-time for students is truly fantastic.
Cons
The software lacks intuitive user experience. Having used Canvas as both an undergraduate and graduate student as well as a college course instructor for several years I still find myself unfamiliar with numerous features such as integration. Whenever I need to use a specific feature that I haven't used in a while it becomes quite challenging to figure out how to do it. Oftentimes I have to resort to searching for video tutorials to find a solution. However I do appreciate Canvas posting tutorial videos on social media platforms to aid users in learning how to navigate the software.

“Superior Learning Management platform”
Pros
Canvas offers a superior user experience right from the moment you log in. Drawing from my experience studying at various institutions across Indonesia Australia and Sweden I have encountered and utilized four different software platforms similar to Canvas. However Canvas stands out with its visually appealing course representation making it easy to distinguish between different courses at a glance. The platform's intuitive navigation ensures smooth and effortless browsing. Canvas excels in providing comprehensive features required for a fully functional learning management platform encompassing all aspects necessary for an optimal educational experience.
Cons
The content setup in Canvas requires effort from teachers and therefore the standout features of Canvas also depend on how detailed and personalized each uploaded content is. Different users such as students might have varying experiences based on the number of features and the approach taken by teachers in setting up their content in Canvas.

“CANVAS offers us the opportunity to acquire its services through trials.”
Pros
CANVAS provides an exceptional platform for disseminating information and continuously training our support staff. The seamless integration of CANVAS empowers our students to grasp the information we aim to impart fostering a deeper understanding of the subject matter. The program offers numerous benefits particularly when onboarding new team members as it facilitates comprehensive training and reinforces knowledge through ongoing support. I greatly appreciate how practical and dynamic each project is within the program designed to enhance the skill set of our student body. Undoubtedly CANVAS serves as an invaluable space for instilling order and administrative efficiency within our company enabling us to excel in our work and operations..
Cons
This program may be perceived as somewhat basic due to limited tutorials and guides available for users. Expanding its functionality in various areas and providing more versatility for training in complex programs would be advantageous.
