“My cloud academy”
Pros
Cloud Academy was my go-to for preparing for my AZ-104 certification, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The delivery of the lessons was top-notch. Additionally, the affordability of the single user plan made it a great choice for me.
Cons
Since I primarily use Windows, the lack of an offline Windows application for streaming lectures was a bit disappointing, especially considering the cost associated with online streaming.

“Great resource for the certification exams and good coursed”
Pros
As a beginner, I find it incredibly easy to navigate through the courses and gain valuable knowledge. The wide selection of meticulously curated training programs at various levels is truly impressive. What I particularly enjoy is the Dashboard function, which provides a comprehensive view of my progress, exam results, and learning trajectory. And the best part is that they also offer lab access.
Cons
It would be great if condensed PDF versions of the lectures could be added. Additionally, in my opinion, the DevOps module could be shortened to maintain the user's attention.

“responsive support win”
Pros
The practice exercises are very well designed especially compared with Qwiklabs. On top of that Cloud Academy's support team is outstanding and responds very quickly.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is how almost every video lesson gives the instructor several minutes to introduce themselves and explain where to connect with them online. On a 10 hour cloud learning path with around 30 videos, that can add up to roughly 2.5 hours spent just on intros. Even when trying to skip ahead, it can be annoying because you risk missing something important or just losing interest. Another drawback is that if you're enrolled in multiple learning journeys, the platform doesn't seem to recognize or reconcile content you may have already completed.

“Provides strong content”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the combination of great video lessons and practical labs. The audio in the videos is clear, without annoying background music and the instructors speak well and clearly know their stuff. The course material is useful and after learning the concepts, you can apply them in labs that use a real cloud environment. The labs are not overly simple which is actually a good thing because they help turn theory into practical skills through realistic scenarios. The quizzes are also valuable because they make you stop and think and I appreciate that you can revisit them later to review your answers, the correct ones and the explanations. New classes are added regularly, the courses are well organized and searchable and the platform covers more than just cloud topics, including areas like programming languages such as JavaScript.
Cons
Because there are so many courses available, it can be a little distracting if you are not starting with a clear goal in mind. The platform is also somewhat expensive although the long-term plans do offer decent discounts, such as the 3 year option that includes 17 months free.

“helpful courses anytime”
Pros
Cloud Academy is a user friendly learning platform with a strong selection of courses that really help expand your knowledge. The offline mode is especially useful since it lets you download lessons and watch them whenever it suits you, even without an internet connection.
Cons
The Android app still needs some work because it has bugs and tends to crash.

“Excellent cloud training library”
Pros
Anyone aiming to build real expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and others will get a lot out of Cloud Academy. It feels very professional and offers a broad training library packed with courses, quizzes and plenty of other useful learning resources.
Cons
The training content is very clear and simple to follow so learning on the platform is easy and fun. I haven't run into any problems while using it and honestly I don't have any real complaints.

“Great learning across devices”
Pros
Having it available on multiple platforms is the biggest advantage for me, whether through the web version or the Android app. I also appreciate that I can access content offline which makes it convenient to review lessons and continue anytime.
Cons
At the start I ran into some syncing problems between the Android app and the browser version. Because of that, I had to complete a couple of modules twice before getting credit. Thankfully that issue seemed to get resolved later and worked the way it should. I also noticed that a few features are still missing on mobile so I am hoping future updates address that.

“useful training plans and labs”
Pros
The training plan layouts have been really helpful for keeping up with my personal learning goals. The virtual lab environments also save me a ton of time since I can jump into AWS and start learning without having to set everything up myself or worry about getting billed afterward.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I'd love to see more Python labs especially for intermediate-level learning.

“well-structured certification prep”
Pros
I must say the content is organized really well and simple to navigate. I used it while preparing for one of my certification exams and the material was amazing, covering all the topics required for the course.
Cons
The practice exams were the weak point for me because they didn't feel anything like the actual exam. They really need to be updated so they match the real test much more closely.

“offers quality training”
Pros
Accessing Cloud Academy from either a web browser or a mobile device has been really easy and the training quality has been consistently strong. The courses include plenty of practical, relevant exercises, useful hands-on labs and well-made videos. The labs are my favorite part but at first they were not that simple for me to complete but they are extremely practical and feel very rewarding once finished.
Cons
A few individual sessions in certain courses can run a little longer than needed and on one or two occasions my progress on the mobile app did not stay synchronized with what was showing in the web browser.

“interactive labs, weak slides”
Pros
The interactive approach is a big plus. The courses are easy to follow and most of them come with lab exercises that really help reinforce the material.
Cons
The PowerPoint style presentations are the part I don't enjoy. For technical training I'd rather see lessons taught using a whiteboard.

“valuable cloud learning paths”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to take different courses for the same price. The instructors explain topics in a very clear way, the lab guidance is simple to follow and the platform gives you hands-on exposure to cloud environments so you can get familiar with the kind of setup you may work with later in administration.
Cons
I honestly do not have any major complaints about the product. The only thing I did not really like is that it is not available in more languages or at least with subtitles.

“helpful AWS learning path”
Pros
Cloud Academy does a really nice job of teaching cloud concepts. I used the course materials for the AWS Solutions Architect - Associate and they helped me understand different AWS topics much better while also preparing me well for the certification exam.
Cons
It would be even better if the course included more lab challenges. A one-to-one Q&A session at the end of the course would also be a valuable addition.

“delivers as promised!!”
Pros
it really delivers when it comes to AWS content because the material is detailed, well structured and genuinely useful. One feature I appreciated a lot was the progress tracking especially how it shows whether you're ahead of schedule or falling behind your learning target. Being able to switch between different devices without any hassle also made a big difference. The hands-on training is another standout part of the platform and adds a lot of practical value.
Cons
The overall status view could definitely be better, as it doesn't seem as strong as the rest of the platform. In our case, the time allowed to complete the training was also a bit limited.

Pros
It is user friendly and understanding how to use it didn't take much effort. The platform is simple in its design but it still does the job really well and feels effective overall.
Cons
