Pros
Having online assessments and learning materials together in one place is really helpful. It makes it much easier to track student progress and stay updated on where each student is up to. I also appreciate being able to release units at specific times and the near-instant password reset for students is a big plus.
Cons
One downside is the URL, since students often have trouble remembering the website when they need to log in.

Pros
Keeping up with my students' progress in real time has been really useful. I can instantly see where they are in the matrix and update things for them right away. Customer service is also very fast and the prompts plus introductory guidance are helpful for users getting started.
Cons
It's missing an immersive reader option which would be helpful. Students also run into quite a few login problems and there have been issues with auto-save not working which can lead to lost progress. It would also be better if copy and paste could be disabled to help reduce cheating during exams.

The Cloud Assess team has been incredibly supportive. As a new customer, the help we've received has been outstanding. They're always working on new features that improve usability for our team and create a better experience for learners. Building assessments is also not a problem and the learner interface is excellent because it clearly shows learners their progress and what they need to do next.
Cons
The only downside I have run into is that activities can become quite slow to build when they get too large. I have already shared this feedback with the team and they are currently looking into it.

I must say the support has been phenomenal and the amount of time it saves tutors is incredible.
Cons
Assessment creation still is a bit limited in terms of functionality, although it seems like more features are on the way.

This software is user-friendly and easily accessible from both computers and mobile devices.
Cons
It requires clicking through multiple elements to access similar information. As a trainer using the app, I can't see which units the student has started until I individually click through each unit. Additionally, there are no question numbers or benchmarks.
