Excellent Customer Service!!!!

Pros

Since starting with Configio, the training has been excellent, and the support, especially from Joe in Tech Support, has been consistently helpful,even when he was on vacation.

Cons

I can not think of any cons for Configio,it offers so much, and I discover new features every time I interact with it.

Pros

Hands down, the best customer support I have ever encountered! While Configio can be overwhelming initially, once mastered, it is incredibly powerful.

Cons

Configio LMS System

Pros

Once administrators get the hang of the system, it is remarkably easy to use. Plus, the top-notch support from the company is always available to help with any questions or issues, and the cost is extremely reasonable.

Cons

The LMS system could benefit from enhanced capabilities in generating charts and graphs for upper management reporting.

Pros

Switching to Configio for its full package of LMS and Registration System has been our best business decision yet. It has streamlined our operations and given us more time to focus on growth.

Cons

Fantastic Service, Great Company

Pros

It is user-friendly and fully customizable to my requirements. I particularly like being able to view both administrator and customer perspectives and the intuitive menus make navigation easy.

Slow to start, but getting easier with regular use. Continually updates have been positive.

Pros

While I struggle with some reports, I have mastered the email campaign aspect. The product's depth, particularly with layered products, can be confusing, but the customer service is excellent,patient and intuitive.

Cons

Although overwhelmed by the abundance of features and options, I have found that whenever I need an additional feature, it is already integrated and the support staff adeptly guide me through its usage.
