Pros

our team faced some challenges with configio but their customer support, in my opinion, deserves a perfect score. Ultimately, we chose Configio as our go-to e-commerce software for event registrations and shopping carts due to the array of tools they offer.

Cons

Although Configio has a steep learning curve, their knowledgeable and technical customer service representatives greatly facilitate the transition and learning process.

Over the three years with Configio, I have witnessed continuous improvements in user-friendliness, thanks to the dedicated customer support and development teams.
