Lots of options

Pros

The software offers alot of features, customizable to suit our company's needs, and having everything integrated into one system is convenient.

Cons

Navigating the system proved to be challenging, and generating reports felt like an insurmountable task without a background in Computer Engineering.

Lots of features but customizing beyond that is difficult

Pros

While it enables us to manage event details effectively and customize the user experience, integrating with our services has proven to be challenging.

Cons

The UI customization primarily consists of navigating through hundreds of checkboxes, which isn't the most user-friendly interface.

Hard to learn, but worth it

It's Good at What it Does

Pros

our team faced some challenges with configio but their customer support, in my opinion, deserves a perfect score. Ultimately, we chose Configio as our go-to e-commerce software for event registrations and shopping carts due to the array of tools they offer.

Cons

Although Configio has a steep learning curve, their knowledgeable and technical customer service representatives greatly facilitate the transition and learning process.

Over the three years with Configio, I have witnessed continuous improvements in user-friendliness, thanks to the dedicated customer support and development teams.
