When I'm seeking company resources like videos, documents, or information, I always turn to this platform. It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
When searching for materials related to specific keywords and finding various results, clicking on one of them causes the research filter to expire. This requires typing the keywords again, which can be cumbersome.

Pros
Continu software is quite user-friendly, and it offers features that are highly valuable for our audience. What stands out most is how well it handles content management while also managing learning paths and programs. It ensures learners have access to the right resources at the right time. Another highlight is the seamless integration with tools like LinkedIn Learning, which adds a lot of value. Also their customer support team is very helpful, working hard to resolve any issues and they genuinely consider user feedback when introducing new features.
Cons
Their team is relatively small, which causes challenges at times. And even though the available features are great but still not the best as compared to others. For instance, I'd love to see a better search feature and ways to organize content that are more user-friendly. Also I feel like improved authoring tools within the platform would also make a big difference, similar to what some stronger competitors offer.

Overall it is a reliable software as it is fairly easy to use. Also it's been simple to connect with our implementation specialist in order to make the adjustments needed for our teams specific requirements.
Cons
Like most LMS platforms, this one has a few limitations that are specific to our company's needs, particularly when it comes to assessments.

“Happy that we switched to Continu”
Pros
Before we started using Continu, our old LMS was hardly ever used. But now, since we have switched, engagement with our teams in the field has really taken off and we're able to distribute and assign content so much better than before. Plus the support team at Continu is responsive and always ready to add new features in their future updates. And as both an admin and a user, I really like how easy it is to navigate the platform. Uploading and creating content is not a problem anymore for me and tracking completion is very simple too now. One of my favorite parts is the explore page as it is designed to be engaging and fun, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable for everyone.
Cons
Generating reports takes longer than I did like, and I feel like the reporting options could be more detailed. Also it is frustrating that you can't include pictures in assessments or create questions based on those images. Plus the reporting capabilities around assessments are limited.

Continu has such a sleek, modern design that navigating the platform is very easy. Our team really loves it. Also, the support team responds quickly whenever we contact them, and the software itself is both powerful and robust.
Cons
At times the software feels a bit clunky in some areas, but Continu is consistently rolling out updates to address these issues.

Continu works exceptionally well for both administrators and users. On the admin side, it offers a lot of flexibility for creating various types of content, like videos, PDFs and presentations. It's easy to set up as per new hire needs from day one and provide continuing education with just a few clicks. For users, the navigation is intuitive and the interface has elements that feel similar to popular social media platforms which makes it familiar and engaging. And the company is improving the platform continuously by involving client feedback and rolling out updates regularly. Their customer support and project managers are very helpful, and we have had an amazing experience with their service. We are huge fans of Continu at SDG!
Cons
Overall the software solid but there are certain enhancements I wish it had, especially to streamline content creation. For example, it would be helpful not to retype bios for the same authors repeatedly or to have the option for bulk reminders with messaging.

The website design is visually appealing and very user-friendly. Adding new content is also an easy task and the best thing is that it easily blends with the existing format of the site. Laslty uploading and storing photos, documents and other files is just as simple as we expected.
Cons
One aspect that disappoint us is that the search functionality is not as user-friendly as we hoped. You have to add tags for accurate results, and once you navigate to another page, there's no way to return to your original search results. Plus I also think reducing the banner and box sizes could make the viewing window feel less overwhelming.

As per our experience so far we find Continu both easy to use and highly intuitive that is constantly evolving with updates. At first, I was a bit nervous about rolling it out, doubting my ability to adapt to the technology. However, the clear instructions, strong support and user-friendly interface quickly proved to me that my worries were unnecessary. I have monthly calls with my Continu representative, who walks me through product updates, listens to my feedback and shares how our input shapes their roadmap. Even though these calls are short like under 30 minutes, but are always informative and I made it my priority to attend them.
Cons
If I am allowed to make one major change or improvement, it would be adding a way for learners to easily see a list of available content on the Explore tab and within the custom tabs we have created. Because we have added so much information getting through all the tiles to find one specific file can be frustrating for users.

Pros
Sharing articles, assigning content and assessments and editing materials is now very easy, credit goes to Continu. With a large workforce requiring continuous training, Continu has made it so much easier for employees to access what they need. The interface is not only functional but also visually appealing, making navigation simple and enjoyable.
Cons
While the search functionality works, it is a bit difficult or tedious to use. Because once you have clicked on a result, you can't return to the original list and have to start the search all over again, which causes a lot of frustration.
