I've always had a great experience with their customer service since I never wait long for a reply, usually within two hours someone reaches out to help.
Cons
Since it's customized to the business, I really don't find any dislikes.

“Flexible Tool with Excellent Support”
Pros
I find the system easy to use once you're shown how it works and even if I run into issues, the support team or their videos quickly guide me back on track. I also like the clean, user-friendly interface and the flexibility to adjust settings to fit our workflow, it's honestly one of the best moves we've made with software.
Cons
The system delivers everything I expected. It took some time to integrate with our workflow but that was on our end, not the software. I'm very satisfied.
