I could do training in my own time, but this means more work at home. Is it fair for a teacher who already does hours of marking in the evenings to have even more work at home?

You have to sit through the whole video, even if you've read the transcript. One question asked if something was emotional abuse. I clicked "no" because it was emotional and physical. But that was apparently the wrong answer, even though technically I was correct. Some yes/no answer options aren't appropriate for certain questions.
