Easy to use and extremely informative

Pros

The use of various media formats, such as videos, text, and multiple-choice quizzes, prevented the process from becoming monotonous and boring.

Cons

The stop start nature of having content on individual slides was a bit disruptive.

Simple and hassel free

Pros

The topics are clearly listed, and navigating around is straightforward. The interface is also quite good.

Cons

I can't move back and forth in a video. I can only stop or play. If I want to revisit a topic, I can't skip to that section in the video.

Worst customer service ever! If they crash the site during upgrade, they won't respond or fix it!

Pros

I like the advanced reports and that it works well with Lectora. We have been Trivantis customers for 7 years.

Cons

They have the worst customer service ever. My phone calls and emails are never returned, and if I call customer support, it typically goes to voicemail. They moved from Ohio to Florida in July and use that as their excuse for not answering messages in December. They also don't put forth the effort to fix things they break. I would not recommend Trivantis.

Fire Marshall Training Review

Pros

I appreciated having the option to receive information via video or transcript.

Cons

It was bother some having to press "next" after each section, especially when a section was only a few lines of text. Having more questions along the way would also be helpful to keep people engaged.

We have had a positive experience with both the product and the support.

Pros

The feature we appreciate is the capability to monitor the credit hours of students and simplify the process of class registration based on their requirements.

Cons

It would be beneficial if we could import data and transcripts from external sources into the Advanced Reports software. However, the current version were using does not support the addition of SQL scripts.

User-friendly and easy to navigate.

Pros

CourseMill is user-friendly for both instructors and students. It is easy to navigate and I can quickly set up new instructors. Tasks such as enrolling and generating reports can be done with ease.

Cons

There are some disadvantages to managing Instructor Led courses, particularly when there are several sessions available for students to choose from. Enrolling students in CourseMill requires communication outside of the platform.

The user interface is easy to use, but it would be helpful if the Admin side and Advanced Reports were also more user-friendly.

Pros

The student interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to train new employees or customers. I am excited for the upcoming v7.5 interface update.

Cons

Nothing much to say here.

Clear, concise, thorough and enabling - efficient and effective.

Pros

All aspects of the training were presented very clearly and succinctly, covering all necessary information thoroughly. The delivery was also engaging (and occasionally humorous and entertaining), maintaining the user's engagement throughout. This exceptional delivery was further improved by the ease of reviewing the information as many times as needed to feel confident in understanding it. When taking the test, if an incorrect answer was selected, there was the option to exit the test and review the content again to ensure a correct answer next time. This method ensured that key points were reinforced until the user was confident in their understanding, making it highly effective training. Additionally, while not mandatory to complete the training, supplementary information was available for users interested in further exploration.

Cons

I don't have any negative remarks about the training package. The only suggestion I have is to provide summaries and additional information as a complete downloadable package for easier review.

Pros

Brief and simple to grasp. I could take my time or review if needed.

Cons

The video contained too much information at once. It might be beneficial to have shorter videos for each topic.
