The platform is straightforward to use. The courses are extensive and suited to our business. The content is good, and the presentations are well-prepared.

Cons

Credit rollover isn't available. We now have Citation HS and HR, and the courses are there. Sometimes, credits need to be rolled over or purchased ad hoc, which is difficult and overly expensive.

The reporting tool at the back end could be more user-friendly. Generating a report showing who has completed which courses is cumbersome as I have to download information for each course individually and then combine it into a single spreadsheet.

This info usually comes by email, but it would be helpful for the administrator to see it clearly and straightforwardly, with a click-to-buy option.

Nothing really, but it would be good to see some courses that are more specific in their focus, like electrical panel entry and permit-to-work, for example.

The Welsh language option for this training is subpar. The Welsh text frequently doesn't make sense, and the questions were confusing. Additionally, I expected Welsh subtitles on the English language videos.
