“Wide course variety but unethical pricing and refund practices
Pros
I like that it offers a wide catalog of updated courses with good teachers. This variety makes it easier for me to keep learning new topics.
Cons
We paid a normal annual membership and suddenly they tripled the amount we had to pay. We filed complaints by email, ticket and other means. They promised us a refund but more than a year has passed and nothing has happened. The worst part is that we even filed a complaint with INDECOPI in Peru but even that did not get them to show any interest in resolving the issue.

“outdated courses and poor invoicing
Pros
For me, the web platform is useful and some of the courses stand out because of the quality of the instructors. That combination makes the experience more valuable.
Cons
Many of the courses are very outdated and the tools have changed so much that they are no longer useful. Also, I have been waiting for almost two months to receive an invoice and customer service keeps delaying, violating the law by not issuing it.

“Clear teaching with good audio
Pros
What I noticed is the clarity of teaching in the courses. The audio quality is also very good which helps me understand everything better and stay focused.
Cons
In some Office courses, the screenshots are not very clear or they move through them too quickly which makes it difficult to follow.

“Good tool but general courses
Pros
I really like the platform because the teachers are knowledgeable and dynamic. It's easy to use and it provides good study tools that help me learn effectively.
Cons
The courses seem very general and superficial. It would be better if there were more practice activities spread throughout the course and not just at the end.

“Comprehensive LMS Tool
Pros
What I love most is the variety of content and how easy it feels to learn. The interface is well structured and simple to use and the workshop leaders deliver the classes with clarity and quality. This creates an environment of trust and security that makes me enjoy the learning process.
Cons
As I mentioned before, the fact that the courses are virtual can be complicated, as sometimes you have to wait a long time for a teacher to grade your work. This is a problem because without receiving a grade, you cannot obtain your certificate and this should be improved.

“Knowledge Management
Pros
I have found that interactive learning and the wide variety of content make this platform one of the leaders in knowledge management. It allows me to keep learning step by step in an incremental way which helps me improve consistently over time.
Cons
The quality of the videos should better adapt to the internet connection speed, so the learning experience is not negatively affected.

“User-Friendly Tool
Pros
I find it very easy to implement and use and what I really like is the large catalog of courses. It gives me many options to choose from without making the process complicated.
Cons
Some of the software courses are not based on the latest versions which makes it difficult to complete projects since the versions do not match.

“Promotes Practical Learning
Pros
One thing I've found is that short, well-planned classes are incredibly practical. The UX/UI of the app feels very good and being able to carry it on my phone with a smooth experience helps a lot. For me, it's a strong academic offer presented as a great digital product and service.
Cons
I miss (or maybe haven't been able to easily find) the materials related to each class, whether on PC or mobile (guides or documents). Having those would add a lot of value.

“Boosting Internal Development
Pros
I appreciate how well the learning paths are structured and I find the software incredibly easy to use. I also like being able to download courses and watch them later without internet which is very useful when traveling. The quality of the learning material is excellent and from each course I've taken, I've gained valuable ideas and concepts that I can apply to my profession.
Cons
So far, there is nothing I have disliked. The software is very user friendly both for practical use and for administratively tracking course progress.

“Education to Empower Teams
Pros
What stands out for me is the wide training catalog and the high quality of the audiovisual production. The professionalism of the teachers also adds a big difference compared to other platforms.
Cons
I think the theoretical depth of some courses is lacking. They remain too superficial.

“Easy Navigation but limited courses
Pros
While the system is easy to navigate, I did notice that registering courses involves too many steps, which can be a bit time-consuming
Cons
There are no administrative courses available. I need to take advanced courses in administration or accounting on other platforms.

“Learning Anytime Anywhere
Pros
what I really like in this tool compared to other platforms is that Crehana allows me to manage and validate my learning through projects and mentor guidance. I also want to highlight that the content quality is very strong and this makes the learning experience even more valuable.
Cons
It is not easy for me to send notifications or resend pending invitations in bulk which would be a helpful feature.

“Crehana Transformed Our Training
Pros
In my experience, the platform is very user-friendly, and the implementation process was seamless. We didn't need to spend too much time or effort and all of our company's users were able to start using it smoothly without complications.
Cons
In my opinion the reporting level could be more user friendly and include more fields that companies can use.

“Platform for Team Development
Pros
I decided to use Crehana because I needed to develop my design, audiovisual production and leadership teams. The Skill XP tool helped me a lot to identify which skills my teams needed to work on and it was very simple to create learning paths. The admin panel was also easy to use and allowed me to see course progress in real time. The new skills my team has learned with Crehana have strengthened the services we offer at my agency and improved our work environment. I've noticed everyone feels much more prepared for new challenges which has increased productivity. Without a doubt, I would recommend it to anyone looking to develop their teams.
Cons
I think the only downside is that I'd like more audiovisual production courses to be added in order to develop more advanced skills.

“Smooth User Experience
Pros
I like that the user experience on the platform is very simple. It works well not only for administrators but also for end users which makes it smooth for everyone involved.
Cons
I notice that reminder customization is still limited. Emails are standard. More technical courses are needed, especially those aimed at digital profiles (programming, data analytics, etc.).
