Pros
CrossKnowledge supports courses with a lot of content, providing a mix of self paced and real time learning. Users can view presentations, watch videos, complete readings and even play games, practically any element of blended learning can be integrated into the courses.
Cons
For students and teachers the interface can be a bit awkward. Opening documents and videos takes several clicks to reach the right page and start the content while other platforms seem to integrate files directly into the browser more smoothly.

Its a complete waste of time and money. Their product does not fulfill any educational requirements for rolling out effective training programs.
Cons
There is no support to speak of. The leadership team is not serious and the product development team does not seem to know how to properly build the application.
