“Reliable long-term lms solution
Pros
Reliable, consistent and responsive are the first three words that come to mind when I think about what I appreciate most about this LMS tool. I have used it for approximately seven (7) years. They've steadily enhanced the platform while keeping customer service excellent and highly responsive.
Cons
As an entrepreneur I struggle to find a more feasible method for student registration. I wish learners could sign themselves up and be instantly linked to their classes. That would work, except my students are self-pay. Because of that I must collect payment before they enter the online classroom.

“Modern and simple tool
Pros
We switched from a different LMS just last month and I'm genuinely impressed with the platform. Learners pick it up easily and the interface and features feel contemporary and simple.
Cons
Support has been outstanding, every question I've raised gets a quick reply and the development team actively welcomes feedback and works to make improvements.

Pros
Once I became familiar with it, I found it pretty easy to use and the support team has been absolutely fantastic.
Cons
There are still some legacy styles and older pieces of code in transition but overall the migration has been going very smoothly for me.

Pros
okay so... I've always valued how proactive and responsive DC is. They consistently tell me about issues, improvements, or changes up front, so I'm never left wondering what's going on with the site. Whenever I have questions or run into problems, I receive fast, patient responses that really help.
Cons
At first, the payment structure made me a bit unsure and I even had reservations but moving our older plan to an annual subscription has resolved that completely.

Pros
I appreciate that it lets us deliver a wide range of courses and course materials at no cost while issuing completion certificates to participants and I genuinely value the practical, hands-on digital support that's available to help along the way.
Cons
The platform can feel a little clunky and the interface doesn't look as polished or smooth as some other options I've tried which sometimes makes navigation less fluid for me.

it is great having such a variety of assistance available right at my fingertips. Being able to ask questions and have one-on-one time with a real person during dedicated sessions, to search for step-by-step instructions and to watch tutorial videos has been invaluable. This platform turned out to be precisely what we needed to build a company-wide LMS. We were able to get everything running fast and our users genuinely value how quickly they could just jump in and start using it.
Cons
Integration has some limitations on our end. Since our environment restricts video streaming for security reasons, I'd really like options to view screenshots or read transcripts of tutorial videos so I can still access the content.

“Efficient training with faster onboarding

Using this platform made it incredibly easy to create digital training sessions while allowing me to confirm each individual's actual comprehension, when stacked against competitors, I found it truly remarkable. While leading the Quality & Training department for a large shop-from-home TV network, I used this solution for both onboarding new hires and delivering supplemental training. By fully implementing it, we were able to rapidly deliver supplemental training across multiple call centers and workforce management teams. Once it was rolled out organization-wide it helped shave almost two full weeks off our new hire training timeline. It also simplified how we handled supplemental training and contributed to reducing downtime from a workforce management perspective.
Cons
Overall the system is very user-friendly but the initial setup and first use can be tedious and, in some cases, a bit discouraging. I believe new accounts would benefit from hands-on help creating their first training session, an on-the-job style walkthrough would make the onboarding experience much smoother.

What really impresses me is the student experience: we serve thousands of learners, many of whom are only moderately comfortable with technology, yet they consistently find the DC LMS easy to use and can navigate it without trouble.
Cons
Having been a DC LMS user for twelve years, I genuinely can't find any notable drawbacks to the platform, it has met our needs consistently over time.

Service is great, everyone I've dealt with has been professional and happy to answer any questions I throw their way. The service is outstanding and the platform is a very thorough program that I believe will elevate my students' learning experience to an entirely new level.
Cons
There aren't any real downsides for me, the software has actually tackled our time constraints. After I configure the courses, it frees up several hours each month that I no longer have to spend on scheduling and manual adjustments.

There are plenty of choices for configuring lessons and tests which lets me tailor everything exactly how I prefer without limits.
Cons
It would be fantastic to have a feature that lets members reproduce a process themselves for testing, since I really want to try the steps hands-on.

What I appreciate most about this tool is the support team. I can often get answers to my issues or questions quickly and the weekly Office Hours sessions have helped me broaden my understanding of how the system works and its features.
Cons
the documentation and knowledge base covering how the system works are pretty limited. I also noticed there isn't a sandbox or training domain available for DC Admins which makes hands-on learning difficult.
