“Smooth onboarding with excellent guidance

Pros

I honestly couldn't imagine a smoother onboarding than what the support team for this tool provided! Their documentation and tutorials are clear and easy to follow and the backend tools feel simple and simple to operate. Whenever our team had questions, someone from support answered very quickly, a real person who was happy to walk us step-by-step through a solution. Their expertise and customer service have been outstanding and they've seized every chance to set us up for success on their platform.

Cons

We didn't make this tool our very first choice when rolling out educational content to clients but honestly I wish it had been the first one we tried!

Pros

We've gotten outstanding support from this tool right from onboarding and throughout the lifetime of our account. I've been a subscriber for more than 11 years and during that whole time the team has stayed reliable and forward-thinking. They've genuinely acted like partners in helping our company succeed, consistently bringing new ideas and practical improvements that make our work easier.

Cons

umm i feel like change tends to happen a bit slowly. Even though the company is creative and actually pays attention to customer feedback, rolling out technical updates and getting new features implemented usually moves more slowly than I'd prefer. Having said that, I value that they listen to our requests and are open to exploring new workflows to help us serve our clients more effectively.

I think the system is very simple and incredibly easy for people to pick up and start using right away.

For me, there's a small learning curve, much like with any other LMS I've used before.

this tool is very user-friendly and easy, it's not a complex LMS to get the hang of. I also appreciate the pricing model where I only pay for what I actually use.

Unfortunately, there wasn't an option for me to build extensive catalogs that I could market as a full-featured LMS and I couldn't find any available training courses to help me learn the platform.

“Versatile lms with strong support

Pros

I've found the platform incredibly easy to access and use and it's impressively versatile, providing a wide range of learning modules. I can upload and add content for students without any hassle and their customer support is phenomenal, dependable and consistent every time.

Cons

For over five years I've relied on this tool as my LMS and so far I haven't come across any features or issues that left me dissatisfied.

“Course selling with progress tracking

Pros

This system is really easy to use and I can sell several different courses. I've been able to track students' progress and engage with them.

Cons

I will say I'd prefer a fresher, more modern design but honestly that's a minor point since the app is extremely stable.

“Easy video progress tracking

Pros

I find the videos easy to open and it's simple for me to tell which ones I've already watched or exactly where I left off in those I've begun but not yet completed.

Cons

This is honestly only a small irritation for me, yet when I complete a video within a course and press the 'continue course' option it doesn't do what I expect, instead of jumping straight to the next lesson it simply brings me back to the course's content list which forces me to manually pick up where I left off rather than having the player move me forward automatically.

“simple lms with top-tier support

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how user-friendly this tool is for both learners taking courses and for LMS administrators. Having worked with a number of different LMS platforms, I haven't found one that's as simple, especially on the admin side, as this one. It's refreshingly easy to use and I've also received the best customer support I've ever found with any vendor.

Cons

My only gripe with the platform is that I feel it lacks some of the deeper auto-registration and recognition capabilities. For instance, when a module contains element A and another module includes that same element indirectly, the system treats completion of one as satisfying both, so a learner can finish one place and still be credited everywhere. I'd like finer-grained tracking.

Honestly, I don't have many complaints, overall it's a great product that works well for us.
