“Simple and effective training platform
Pros
Using this LMS to onboard and train both new hires and current staff has been really helpful for me. I rely on it to monitor progress and see completion percentages which makes oversight easy. Navigation through the platform is simple and I enjoy building content and the variety of courses available. The onboarding was smooth and it's great to have all our training resources centralized in one place.
Cons
The platform could feel a bit more modern, I find the interface somewhat dated and think it could use a refresh to meet current design and usability expectations.

“Flexible courses with responsive support
Pros
One of the things I appreciate is how flexible the platform is, I can set up Courses and Tests in a huge variety of ways to suit different needs. Deployment was quick and I've consistently found Customer Support to be responsive and eager to address my questions promptly. They also routinely listen to user suggestions and roll many customer ideas into the product.
Cons
Having more granular permission controls would really help. That way, I could assign very specific abilities to different team members or groups without having to find workarounds.

Pros
this LMS is incredibly simple to operate which makes it inclusive for everyone involved. Its dependability stands out too, since we've run into very few issues with clients accessing the content we host and that reliability is vital for our workflows. The overall level of service has been outstanding which gives me confidence in continuing to use it. Being able to easily upload programs or learning materials to the site is something I value a lot. On top of that, clients can buy courses or resources through handy links that are embedded which improves the experience for users and can boost our sales. Getting started was smooth even when we had no prior experience with platforms like this and adding additional courses is still a easy, efficient task. I'm genuinely pleased with this LMS and feel lucky we picked it over other alternatives we considered.
Cons
Making certificates public feels a bit clunky, taking about three steps. I wish there were a direct link on the homepage to instantly publish certificates so I could use this marketing asset more efficiently.

Transitioning to this tool was surprisingly feasible, largely because the team was so supportive and their clear instructions helped me get started fast. I genuinely feel the AI features cut my course creation time down dramatically. The video component and the AI-powered content import are both really handy. Pros
The cost-effectiveness of this LMS really stands out to me and that affordability is a major reason we continue using it. I also like that it helps me maintain transparency and consistency in training across our large and diverse workforce. Tracking capabilities and the ability to upload SCORM packages are especially useful.
Cons
The reporting feature covers the basics but I notice it can feel tricky to pick up and some reports provide limited data for what I need.

As an administrator, the platform has been very easy for me to navigate and learners pick it up quickly as well. Adding course material and configuring courses is simple and the built-in reporting lets me monitor progress without hassle. Cons

We initially chose DC to reclaim control over our content. Before that, the old provider charged for every technical issue and didn't allow in-house troubleshooting. With DC, we have full control, can route client questions through them and clients can even contact tech support directly. Our experience has been low stress and I genuinely love this tool.
Cons
The overall experience is very positive and I appreciate how updates continually improve usability and enhance my workflow.

“Powerful course management and reporting
Pros
Building and running courses is easy for me and I can list classes in the Catalog for anyone to view. The platform notifies me when someone signs up which helps verify legitimate customers. Reporting tools are great and a custom field I requested was added quickly, now becoming part of my regular workflow. Integration questions were answered thoroughly by the client services rep and even my boss was impressed with the collaboration and support.
Cons
Overall it's a great solution, I value the weekly Office Hours sessions because they steadily improve our grasp of the platform and their support team is fast to answer any questions. What bothers me, though, is something I've noticed called gamification in their system. To be fair I have not personally used that feature - my opinion comes only from examining their configuration and viewing webinars about possibly enabling it. The way it's set up seems to promote competition more than fostering an engaging, playful method for interacting with content.

I can access the LMS from anywhere with an Internet connection. Setting up new students is simple which helps with onboarding and getting them integrated quickly.
Cons
On the Admin side there's a lot of clicking to get where I need to go and I feel some of the tools could be combined or simplified to make tasks faster.

The support team is outstanding, they provide prompt, precise assistance and follow up thoroughly whenever I need more guidance. Rolling it out for our staff was easy and quick and managing over 4,000 courses annually has been surprisingly smooth.
Cons
To be clear, I don't see it as a real drawback so much as a hope for future improvements. I'd love to have a more great built-in course authoring tool so we could produce richer content without relying on external resources. Think something along the lines of Articulate, albeit perhaps not as feature-heavy. Since we're not LMS specialists, having more assistance to align end-to-end course creation would be hugely helpful.
