Using this LMS to onboard and train both new hires and current staff has been really helpful for me. I rely on it to monitor progress and see completion percentages which makes oversight easy. Navigation through the platform is simple and I enjoy building content and the variety of courses available. Building and running courses is easy for me and I can list classes in the Catalog for anyone to view. The platform notifies me when someone signs up which helps verify legitimate customers. Reporting tools are great and a custom field I requested was added quickly, now becoming part of my regular workflow. Integration questions were answered thoroughly by the client services rep and even my boss was impressed with the collaboration and support.
Cons
Overall it's a great solution, I value the weekly Office Hours sessions because they steadily improve our grasp of the platform and their support team is fast to answer any questions. What bothers me, though, is something I've noticed called gamification in their system. To be fair I have not personally used that feature - my opinion comes only from examining their configuration and viewing webinars about possibly enabling it. The way it's set up seems to promote competition more than fostering an engaging, playful method for interacting with content.

Once it was rolled out organization-wide it helped shave almost two full weeks off our new hire training timeline. It also simplified how we handled supplemental training and contributed to reducing downtime from a workforce management perspective.

Overall the system is very user-friendly but the initial setup and first use can be tedious and, in some cases, a bit discouraging. I believe new accounts would benefit from hands-on help creating their first training session, an on-the-job style walkthrough would make the onboarding experience much smoother.

This is honestly only a small irritation for me, yet when I complete a video within a course and press the 'continue course' option it doesn't do what I expect, instead of jumping straight to the next lesson it simply brings me back to the course's content list which forces me to manually pick up where I left off rather than having the player move me forward automatically.

Having worked with a number of different LMS platforms, I haven't found one that's as simple, especially on the admin side, as this one. It's refreshingly easy to use and I've also received the best customer support I've ever found with any vendor.
Cons
My only gripe with the platform is that I feel it lacks some of the deeper auto-registration and recognition capabilities. For instance, when a module contains element A and another module includes that same element indirectly, the system treats completion of one as satisfying both, so a learner can finish one place and still be credited everywhere. I'd like finer-grained tracking.
