Cons

Solv Injury is very easy to use for managing employee injuries. It has all the essential requirements, integrates well with on site safety systems and navigating it is simple. I used it a few years ago and now there are innovative additions like trend analysis across sites and a secure platform for injury and health management.

For me, the yearly cost feels pretty high, so I have to keep an eye on the budget and plan carefully when using this software.

Honestly, there isn't anything positive that comes to my mind about this system.
Cons
The user interface isn't simple at all. Our staff even had to create detailed manuals just to explain steps that should have been simple. Small but irritating bugs also appear, like long dropdown menus that aren't alphabetically sorted or how inserting one image into a text box can suddenly misalign all the others.

Support and development requests can take some time, and reporting is somewhat limited because dashboards don't have drill down options.
