Top Transaction tracking tool

Pros

For me, the software works very well in managing financial policies and keeping track of real time transactions. It helps me stay organized, monitor activities efficiently and ensures that I can make informed decisions quickly.

Cons

We haven't faced any big issues during the implementation either which made the process much easier than expected.

Simplifies Daily Work

Pros

I enjoy using this platform because it makes my work simpler. I also like that it keeps improving over time. The Donesafe team has been outstanding, always available and the training for new staff is something I truly appreciate.

Cons

At times, I feel it would be helpful if there were more training dates available. Having a wider range of options would make it easier to fit training into a busy schedule.

Reliable And Helpful Tool

Pros

I usually only deal with Solv and my experiences with HSI on this system have been really positive and helpful. I find this tool easy to use and reliable as it's been working great for me.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes to mention at this point, as things have worked well for me.

Great IT tool

Pros

The ease of use and the support I've received from Solv Injury Management have made my operations much smoother. It helps me manage tasks efficiently and reduces the stress of handling complex processes.

Cons

Customizing reports can be a bit tricky. When we try to adjust them to fit our exact needs, it sometimes feels like a complex process.

Simple and easy to use

Pros

What I really like is how accessible and simple the system is for me. Since I work with multiple systems, I also appreciate how well it integrates with them, making my workflow simple and more efficient.

Cons

One small con I want to mention is that the systems don't always work in the same way. It would feel more consistent if they followed the same pattern.

Versatile And Customizable Tool

Pros

I find the system versatile because I can customize it for my organization's needs using the admin backend. The consultants are helpful with complex automations and while there are some limits, it still meets most of our requirements.

Cons

The reporting dashboard is fine but not as detailed as Power BI. I usually need to export data first if I want to do a deeper analysis.

Staff picked it up really fast

Pros

This software feels very user friendly and easy to use. It doesn't take long to train new staff which saves my effort and time.

Cons

For me, it's not very convenient to use on a phone. Having a mobile app would make access much easier when I'm on the go.

Its the best in the market!

Pros

The platform makes my workday more efficient. I like getting task notifications so I don't miss anything important and the easy to use interface helps me handle everything in one place.

Cons

Sometimes I forget to attach a medical certificate or a return to work program while saving data. I wish the system would give me a quick prompt asking if I wanted to attach one, especially when I've already clicked the option.

Pros

For me, this tool works well in managing claims according to legal requirements. In insured states, even insurers ask us for the reference number from the system.

Cons

I don't really see any cons from my perspective. The only thing I'd like to see added, would be a virtual training every few months to go over topics requested by clients.

An all in one platform

Pros

Solv Injury is very easy to use for managing employee injuries. It has all the essential requirements, integrates well with on site safety systems and navigating it is simple. I used it a few years ago and now there are innovative additions like trend analysis across sites and a secure platform for injury and health management.

Cons

For me, the yearly cost feels pretty high, so I have to keep an eye on the budget and plan carefully when using this software.

Not a good experience

Pros

Honestly, there isn't anything positive that comes to my mind about this system.

Cons

The user interface isn't simple at all. Our staff even had to create detailed manuals just to explain steps that should have been simple. Small but irritating bugs also appear, like long dropdown menus that aren't alphabetically sorted or how inserting one image into a text box can suddenly misalign all the others.

Scalable tool with automation for Efficient Management

Pros

The modular nature makes it possible for me to expand the tool from something simple into a full integrated management system as my needs change. With workflows and automation, I can reduce duplicate work and organise processes compared to traditional paper based methods

Cons

Printing can be a bit tricky since the format doesn't always come out right, and there aren't easy ways to print just a single page from a set of forms. Support and development requests can take some time, and reporting is somewhat limited because dashboards don't have drill down options. Video integration only works with YouTube and Vimeo, and the mobile app is pretty basic. Also, there aren't any manuals or training for development from Donesafe

Simple and Clean Design

Pros

Using the app has been a big advantage for me since it replaces paperwork and scanning. Once I complete my tasks, others are able to instantly view the data I've added.

Cons

I had a syncing issue with the desktop software before but it was repaired quickly. Since then, I haven't run into problems, even when using the app.

Upgrades Team Productivity

Pros

The system is easy to use and it's simple for others to get used to as well. I noticed that our old system felt clunky and inefficient but with this one I can complete tasks much faster and without the same frustration. It makes my daily work smoother and helps everyone on the team stay more productive.

Cons

Helps me stay organized in one place

Pros

This tool works well for reporting hazards and incidents and it makes my creating actions easy. I find it helpful because I don't need to waste extra time writing things down manually or sending reports separately. Everything is in one place which makes it easier for me to stay organized.

Cons

I noticed the training on how to use the software hasn't been as strong as it should be and the cost for support feels confusing on top of that.
