Honestly, I can't say much when it comes to pros because it didn't have exactly what we were looking for. My drivers had a difficult time finding time to log in.
Cons
One major dislike I would like to mention is that automatic renewal requires a 60-day written notice which is not ideal.

“Does exactly what it needs to do”
Pros
I'm a big fan of Easyllama because once you get the hang of it, it's relatively easy to use. There is a wide range of trainings available to choose from and they're short enough. Also l like the fact that our team can pause and pick up where they left off. The integrations with Slack and email are also helpful. I must say Easyllama has definitely made improvements over the years.
Cons
Am honestly not sure if this is the best option out there. The training materials feel a bit too cheesy even though I know thats pretty common with platforms like this. Plus the billing system is quite confusing too. To top it off, I would not even know where to start if I needed help. So I feel like adding a chat support feature would really make a difference.

“A great resource for training programs”
Pros
EasyLlama course content is very nicely designed and also the software is ease of use. Moreover notifications are automatic so I rarely fall behind on recertifications.
Cons
I feel like it would be better if it reports back to administration about those who have not started renewing or acknowledged emails.

Easy Llama is quite user friendly and simple to learn as an administrator. Plus I love that it notifies me of renewal dates for ongoing learning and allows me to easily send reminders through the system or share a link for email notifications. The Harassment Prevention content is updated to reflect current issues which makes it more engaging each year.
Cons
I cannot think of anything I dislike about this product. We have not tried uploading our own content yet,but it would be great if that feature were available.

I love how Easy Llama's UX design makes everything so simple and easy to navigate. Also it is highly intuitive and everything feels easily accessible whether I am using it as an admin or a trainee.
Cons
Our employees seems a bit confused about why their harassment training is longer than that of others in different states within the same organization. I think it will be helpful to include an explanation at the top about why some trainings are two hours versus 30 minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about EasyLlama. We were on a deadline to switch from our old vendor and they made the whole process so smooth and quick from start to finish. I was able to upload their content right into our existing platform without any hassle and their dashboard is very easy to use. Plus they're also quite responsive and quick to sort out any problems. On top of that, everything is fully customizable which is such a rare find. I'd highly recommend them!
Cons
Easy Llama has been fantastic! Honestly we have no complaints. Whenever we have wanted changes, our amazing rep has worked with the content team or connected us directly to make those adjustments.

“A big fan of it....”

I work at a startup, so am juggling a lot of roles at once. So I was looking for anything that simplifies my job. And to be honest EasyLlama does it for me. I think the llama character makes everything more fun and easy on the eyes. During a company outing, I even overheard some employees chatting about the "mascots" of the different products we use, and of course, the llama was one of the favorites. It makes it quite simple to keep track of who's completed their training. Plus it sends out reminders and gives me a weekly report on whats going on with my team. I also love that it creates a certificate for each employee once they finish their training and it's downloadable. Let's be real, any training platform that saves me from having to create content, stay on top of state laws for remote employees or act as the trainer is a lifesaver. Plus, employees can complete their training whenever it fits their schedule, so there is no need to coordinate around anyone else's availability. It is just such a relief to have a tool that works this smoothly.
Cons
I really cannot think of any downsides to this product. However it might be fun if the Llama had a voice.

The software is easy to use with a flexible schedule which allows me to start and stop training as needed. And the topical videos are engaging and not boring at all.
Cons
I just wish I could purchase just one or two sessions for new employees as they are hired. Small companies do not always need to buy a block of five trainings.

Using Easy Llama for HR training especially for those who are not computer savvy, worked really well. I love how it tracks everyones progress once they are entered into the system, showing whether they have completed their training. After years of struggling with harassment training, this tool has been a huge time and energy saver for us.
Cons
Most of the difficulties I experienced with the product were due to my lack of knowledge not the product itself. Whenever I called customer service they were amazing as they respond on the same day. They were very helpful, friendly and never made me feel bad in any manner.

For us it is important to track who's completed their training and being able to print out certificates without having to chase employees for that info. EasyLlama allow us to do this. Plus the trainings we used were really interactive, so employees actually had to pay attention to answer the questions. And assigning trainings through email invites is so convenient as it makes the whole process so much easier.
