“Was easy to set up”
Pros
Setting up workflows for peer review on research papers is really easy and it also handles a combined peer review and instructor review process very well. The smart allocation feature makes the peer review stage run well and adjusting deadlines for individual students when needed is simple too.
Cons
A thing that would make it better is allowing students to view the rubrics before the submission window opens.

“helpful real-time peer feedback”
Pros
One thing that really works well in Eduflow is how students can exchange useful feedback with each other in real time. It makes the whole review process feel more active and immediate.
Cons
The summary feature would be much better if it could be filtered by assignment. By the end of the year, after a lot of assignments have been posted, the data becomes hard to go through and I end up scrolling a lot just to find the information I need.

“Meets every single expectation”
Pros
We were looking for a platform that could release content in stages, keep an eye on student submissions and support online peer-to-peer interaction. Eduflow checked every one of those boxes for us.
Cons
One part that felt a little challenging was setting up tests and quizzes.

“All features are proven beneficial”
Pros
The feature that made the biggest difference for me was the feedback and reflection workflow. Letting students exchange peer feedback through a proper activity that automatically pairs them up really helps them make sense of their learning, while also giving teachers a clear way to evaluate their progress. The newer Quiz feature is also a valuable addition, since it helps teachers keep track of student understanding and step in when there are gaps that need attention.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any features that felt overly difficult to use and one of the best parts of it is the instant customer support. Huge shoutout to Linde for being so responsive, helpful and efficient whenever questions come up. I did have one moment where I was struggling to figure out a specific function but through the in-app chat, Linde quickly walked me through it with clear instructions. The support has been incredibly helpful and genuinely excellent.

“Overall it works well”
Pros
One thing Eduflow does really well is making peer feedback and assessment simple to put into practice in lots of different ways. We use it for hand-ins and feedback on both social skills and more technical, hard skills and it handles both very well.
Cons
If we had to rely on it as our only LMS, we'd definitely miss having more participant administration features.

“students loved it”
Pros
After more than 20 years of teaching, I had never taught online until the COVID emergency hit in March 2020. Once it was obvious that my Fall 2020 first year composition course would be fully online, I started looking for a decent way to run peer reviews. My students had always enjoyed them in person and learned a lot from them but I wasn't sure how to recreate that same honest feedback and exchange of ideas online. A shared document just didn't seem like it would be enough. Luckily, I came across Eduflow at exactly the right time. It was simple to get started, so I was able to build a peer review flow almost immediately. The first one went really well and when I used it again, I improved the process, fixed what hadn't worked the first time and built more detailed feedback opportunities. Before long, my students didn't want to turn in any paper unless it included a peer review flow. In my most recent course reflection, it was overwhelmingly chosen as their favorite activity in the class. They especially appreciated the anonymous setup because it let them give honest feedback without feeling worried about offending anyone. They also liked that I could include prompts and questions to guide and sharpen their responses. The asynchronous format was another big advantage since students could participate on their own schedules. Even though it was separate from our LMS, students seemed to navigate and use the platform without any real trouble.
Cons
The only problems I ran into were handled quickly by the support team.

“Great hub for peer learning”
Pros
Switching to Eduflow brought everything we had scattered across Drive, Slack and GitHub into one user friendly platform which made our course delivery feel far less chaotic. On top of that the automated reports are incredibly useful for spotting which students are falling behind and the peer-learning tools have made a real difference in how we teach. They've helped students support and learn from one another instead of depending on us for every correction. Since the kind of work we teach rarely has a simple right-or-wrong answer, peer feedback has become a core part of how we run things now.
Cons
A few very useful features aren't very clear when you first start using the platform but they become clearer over time through regular use or with help from its excellent support team. One thing that could make the experience even better would be webinars led by other educators, showing the different ways they use the platform in practice.

“powerful social learning hub”
Pros
Eduflow is very user friendly on both sides of the experience, whether creating content or going through it as a learner. We've connected it with our LMS which makes enrollment and completion tracking feel hassle free. It has also helped us expand our virtual training programs by using peer and instructor reviews along with group discussions and hands-on practice activities. Some of our programs even use it as a complete learner hub for multi-week journeys inside the platform. At this point, it serves as our peer-to-peer social learning space where we can build personalized experiences that encourage real skill application and meaningful practice.
Cons
I noticed that a few bugs and feature requests have come up along the way but the support team has always been very easy to reach, quick to respond and open to feedback through many channels. Overall, the experience has been fantastic.
