“Great learning tool”
Pros
I absolutely loved the peer review feature of this software. Additionally, its user-friendly nature and fast performance were highly appealing to me.
Cons
I'm not certain if Eduflow supports the use of interactive videos. The course I took didn't include any, but I would have liked to see some.

“Simple setup and integrations”
Pros
Eduflow is a very user friendly tool and the platform adapts well to different needs. The integrations are also a strong point, making it convenient to connect with other tools and keep everything working together.
Cons
One concern could be the pricing for smaller institutions and there are still some usability limitations depending on the specific use case mentioned earlier.

“Proven highly helpful”
Pros
After finishing an EduFlow course on ADDIE, I can say it really helped connect the theory to actual practice. I already had a basic understanding of ADDIE but I needed clearer guidance on how to apply it in real situations. The course was engaging, easy to follow and interactive throughout. It gave me a useful structure for designing a learning experience for my school and I'd definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
Since I am still new to the software, I haven't come across anything I dislike at this point.

“Give a free training option”
Pros
A very capable free tier makes Eduflow a really compelling choice for basic training needs especially if you want something inexpensive without giving up useful functionality.

Nothing specific comes to mind. The product feels well designed overall.

“outstanding peer review platform”
Pros
Since there really isn't a dedicated category for Junior High English, I have been using this as a peer-review writing platform instead and it has been amazing. Even though it's a little pricey, I still haven't come across anything cleaner, more fluid or more responsive. The tech support has also been absolutely incredible, plus huge thanks to Linde for all the help last week!!
Cons
The only real downside is the cost. As a single teacher in a small district, I have to cover it myself out of pocket. At $20 a month, it definitely feels like a stretch for me and if I want to add another teacher, that's another extra $20.

“fun and simple learning flow”
Pros
Eduflow is user friendly and simple to navigate. I have been genuinely impressed by how approachable it is and it's actually fun to click around and explore.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having a progress bar for each section or at least an estimate of how long that section will take to finish. That would really help with planning daily progress.

“peer learning boosts engagement”
Pros
Getting all of my students involved in reviewing one another's work has made a real difference. It adds accountability to what they're doing and has supported stronger thinking skills as well as better social interaction.
Cons
There was definitely a bit of trial and error when I was learning how to use some of the more useful features. I had to start with small-scale rollouts first so I wouldn't end up creating extra work for myself later on.

“Great experience overall”
Pros
The latest update to the content creation workflow has made building courses a much better experience overall.
Cons
Even though we've repeatedly stressed how important peer review is, the peer-reviewed activity often gets overlooked. The APIs are still quite limited and there's no Zapier integration which feels odd to our team. On top of that since the report page doesn't let us filter actions by type, we ended up creating an external dashboard ourselves.

“simplifies everything for us”
Pros
One thing that really helps is being able to check everyone's progress in one view, build the exact questions I want students to respond to and let students swap papers anonymously. That anonymous peer review setup usually leads to more honest and authentic feedback between classmates.
Cons
Every now and then, I wish the peer review editing process felt a little more managed but overall it's still an extremely useful, helpful and user friendly product.

“Anonymous peer feedback shines”
Pros
The peer feedback process is the best thing about it. Students can write a script, read each other's work anonymously and then both give and receive feedback which works really well.
Cons
Getting everything set up the first time is a bit confusing. It's not quite as user friendly as it could be.

“Works well!”
Pros
One thing that really works well is that students cannot see who the reviewers or reviewees are which makes the process feel much more impartial. It also supports a wide range of submission formats, including files from Google Drive which adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
The grading summary report can be confusing because it's hard to tell which grade belongs to which assignment. On top of that the assignment titles are shortened so much that the full names are difficult to read.

“Affordable software”
Pros
Across different international settings, Eduflow offers a rare mix of accessibility, user-friendliness and features that clearly feel designed around pedagogy rather than business priorities. The emphasis on peer group work and feedback is especially valuable and those tools are just as easy to use. I really have not come across another product that brings together this same combination of features at such a reasonable price.
Cons
There are still a handful of features I'd love to have added, such as group feedback, Padlet integration and more options that support student interaction online. That said, it does seem like these are already being worked on.

“simple setup and helpful support”
Pros
The core features doesn't take long at all because the platform is very user friendly and the support team is also really helpful when you need assistance.
Cons
If you're a course creator trying to build your own online academy, there are probably better choices out there. Since it doesn't really let you create polished landing pages for your site or your courses, it's harder to run the platform for that kind of purpose. It works more as a learning management tool only.

“Offers multiple options”
Pros
It is very easy to use and there are plenty of activity options that help present content in a clear, accessible way. The latest update to content creation made building courses a much better experience overall.
Cons
One ongoing frustration is that the Peer Review activity gets ignored most of the time, even when we emphasize how important it is. The APIs are still quite basic and there's no direct way to connect to webhooks, although Zapier is available which doesn't really make much sense for our team. On the reporting side, you still cannot filter activities by type, so we ended up building a separate external dashboard just to handle that.

“user-friendly course guidance”
Pros
The platform is very user friendly. It walks people through each step clearly and everything is laid out so well that almost all users are able to complete the courses without trouble. One thing that could help even more would be adding a small note in the invitation email explaining that after logging into Eduflow, they still need to click on a course to begin. A few users expected the course to launch automatically after signing in.
Cons
Customization on the design side is fairly limited. Even with the top-tier package, there is not a lot our UX designer can do to shape the course so it fully matches our own branding and style. The available text formatting options are also quite restricted. It would be a big improvement if HTML could be used inside the course but unfortunately that is not supported.

“Free version is amazing”
Pros
Using the free version has worked really well for my needs since I mainly rely on it for student peer feedback. It gives students in the classroom and those learning from home the chance to get multiple perspectives on their work, no matter how they are accessing lessons and activities.
Cons
From the teacher side, I was trying to keep the process as simple as possible for students. I ended up having to revise the class flow a few times before it felt clear and logical for them to use.
