“Customer support is the best

Pros

The software is a game changer for us as it fits to all our needs excellently. Moreover the platform is quote user-friendly which it easy to set up courses and manage learners. The support team is also knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Whenever we face even a minor issue they resolve it instantly!

Cons

Integration with other systems has been a bit challenging. Also we are facing issues like syncing it with some of our existing tools. We complaint about is once and the team said they are working on it and improvements will be seen very soon. So waiting for it
