Right from the start, the platform has been especially strong for us when it comes to handling video. There's no theoretical file size limit and being able for us to use links to a video CDN instead of uploading large video files has been a big advantage. It's also flexible enough for us to build the functions we need, supports H5P plugins and includes staging environments so we can test changes before going live. The open API makes integration with other software and CRM systems possible for us, the UI supports multiple languages and the fixed release schedule adds a nice sense of predictability for us.

Cons

One area that still needs improvement is the statistics and reporting side which should be more thorough.

A couple of things really stood out to me. The online learning platform was one of them for me because it was well organized and had a good variety of courses to choose from. I also appreciated the support from the staff. They were consistently helpful to me and always ready to answer any questions I had.

There was not much I disliked but one area that could be better is the level of challenge in the coursework. Some of the assignments felt pretty basic and did not push critical thinking as much as I expected.

Getting started with it is very easy for us. Creating courses can be time-consuming but the platform handles a lot of the heavy lifting for us along the way. One of the things we enjoy most is how flexible the LMS is for us. It can support live training, online classes, asynchronous learning, stand-alone courses, full course programs or any mix of those for us without a problem.

User interface still has some room to improve although the team has been putting in a lot of effort and has already rolled out noticeable updates.

It feels very user-friendly to me and comes with a wide range of features that my course developers can access without hassle and those same features are also convenient for us later on.

Enrolment feature could be better in my opinion. It's not very easy to use.

Right away, this product felt very easy for me to use and I'd definitely recommend it if most of your training content is video-based. It also gives us the option to build a personalized learning journey with a clearly defined path. The modular setup makes creating learning modules simple and practical for us. Overall it offers very great quality at a reasonable price for us.

We've decided not to keep using it because it lacks the social features we needed. While it does include forums, we were specifically looking for integrations with instant messaging, along with topic-based discussion spaces where moderators could post and manage content.

Being able for us to create H5P content and specially designed certificates is a really valuable feature.

The current options for evaluating participants after they successfully complete the course still feel limited.

There's an impressive amount of capability and flexibility here for us. The way we can package and deliver learning options to individual users, teams or larger groups of our staff and customers is incredibly powerful for us. Another big plus for me is the strong focus on aesthetics and how the learning experience is presented, Honestly even more than the U.S.-based systems we looked at. It doesn't override our brand identity or visual style but it does more than any other LMS we reviewed to make sure everything we create looks polished especially on mobile devices.

Cons

One thing that was a bit disappointing was finding out that full Zoom integration only works properly with the larger Corporate/Enterprise edition of Zoom which we don't use. That feels more like a Zoom limitation than a platform issue though and we do understand there are other full integration options available that wouldn't require such an expensive video conferencing plan.

It comes with a lot of functionality right out of the box for us and it's usable even without much technical or programming knowledge. If needed, the API also makes it possible for us to customize and extend specific changes.

Cons

The permissions setup is a bit unusual since different access rights can't really be combined under a single account. Because of that, you have to plan roles with very strict task boundaries. For instance, a manager may not be able to create trainings, even if those responsibilities are handled by the same person in your organization.

With a setup that includes many instructors, the platform is very user-friendly for us and gives our experts a fast way to build courses for both our internal teams and external audiences.

Customizing features beyond the default options can take quite a bit of time and it usually involves additional cost.

Right from the planning stage of our learning schedules through to the rollout, the support we got was absolutely fantastic for us. On top of that, the platform offers a wide range of course creation options and being able for us to update individual courses from one central page is a huge plus. That combination has made this software a favorite for me.

Getting familiar with all the different features took some time and understanding what each part of the software was meant for wasn't immediate. At the beginning, it felt a bit confusing.

The course authoring tools have been the highlight for me. We needed a platform that could build interactive content directly inside the system and this one does that really well for us.

Navigation can be a little confusing at times and I occasionally lose track of where things are. That said once I search for what I need, it's usually there. Since I only use the platform a couple of times a month right now, I expect it'll feel more simple once I'm on it more regularly.

One thing we're really pleased with is being able for us to drag units around within the course structure and move the content boxes inside each unit as needed. That flexibility helps us a lot and the overall design also feels professional and welcoming to us.

There's one feature we really wish was included. We rely heavily on the archives and we especially miss having a way to organize videos into folders since we also create screencasts for our students after every lesson. A "create folder" option for videos would be incredibly valuable.

It comes loaded with features and widgets that are simple for us to pick up and use and the publishing and review tools are very easy for us as well.

Like any editing platform, it has a few minor quirks but once you understand them, it's actually more manageable than other editing platforms I've used.

That same simplicity can also be a downside since people without much understanding of learning design may end up creating teaching materials that have very little educational impact.

Rapid course builder helps me map out and visualize the full course structure before I start adding content. It keeps my focus on content creation which makes it quick for me to build targeted, personalized learning materials in almost no time. The analytics are also very valuable to me because they clearly show that the most successful learners are the ones who stay active and engaged. That data helps me zero in on what matters and gives me useful insight into how I can keep improving student achievement.

Only downside is that I just do not have enough time to take advantage of all the features available for supporting my diverse learners.

It takes a bit of time to get used to the picture archive and right now videos can't be split into folders although that's supposed to be fixed in the next upgrade.

After spending more than 10 years trying to build online training and courses and testing at least seven different LMS platforms that all claimed to be the best, this was the first one that actually helped me reach that goal. I only got started with this LMS in the autumn of 2018 and within just three months I went from the initial idea to having my first paying customer enrolled in my courses. That happened with very little training on how to use the platform which says a lot to me about how simple the system really is. On top of that, the support team has been fantastic and they have been a truly valuable partner for me throughout the process. I would highly recommend using this LMS.

After working with six different learning platforms, this one clearly stands above the rest for me. It includes all the core features I would expect from a next-generation digital learning system. Building courses is easy for me and the learner experience feels interactive, collaborative and social, exactly what is needed to keep people engaged online.

I'm a huge supporter of this solution. More than anything, I'm excited about the upcoming features that will help our organization, as a content provider, keep learners engaged and expand our reach to more customers around the world.

It always keeps the user at the center for us and stays true to the idea of keeping things simple and easy. Compared with all the heavyweight LM systems out there, this one feels like a hidden gem to me.

Mobile experience and the way relational content is tagged could still be improved a bit but those are only very minor issues.

Interface feels really well designed to me. Building a course with the course builder as an interactive mind map makes the whole structure very simple for me and using templates is helpful when I want all the individual pages to have a consistent look. Once the course framework is in place, adding different types of content from multiple sources is also very easy for me. The H5P elements work really well too for me. With my background as a teacher and several years in publishing developing learning materials, creativity matters a lot to me in online learning and this platform gives me plenty of room for that. When the courses are running, it is obvious to me that this is a very modern LMS. Social learning works especially well for me, with lots of options for interaction and communication between students and between teachers and students, both publicly and privately. The web conference feature is also very effective and gives me a good way to talk with students in small groups. On top of that, I can clearly follow student progress throughout the course.

Cons

There are only a few things I miss. One is a global content box, meaning a way to update something across every page in a single action. Another is that the web conference tool is not really built for webinars. It works perfectly for group discussions but it does not function the way a webinar tool does.
